Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

Tutto impeccabile, gestori professionali...no.n si può volere di più. Desidero sottolineare la tranquillità e il silenzio che hanno piacevolmente caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno che spesso mancano nelle strutture ricettive posizionate nei centri storici.

Easily one of the nicest/ well equipped airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The location was really great, and also felt very secure. It had every accommodation we could think of and need. The little non essential details that were thoughtfully placed by the host are what really stood out and impressed us.. there were so many unexpected and pleasant amenities everywhere such as snacks, toiletries, baby things, etc. Each room temperature was controlled by its own remote, which is great when you have guests who like to sleep at different temperatures. The beds were large and comfortable. And not to mention, it was impeccably clean, smelled great, and was beautifully decorated. We made many stops while in Italy, and stayed in several airbnbs, and this one was at the top of our list, without competition. DEFINITELY recommend.

Het appartement van Matteo had een fijne locatie aan een rustige straat. Het appartement zelf was ontzettend schoon, groter dan verwacht, en alles geadverteerd was aanwezig (inclusief strijkijzer, shampoo, douchegel, ect). Fijne communicatie met Matteo, en duidelijke instructies over het binnenkomen van het appartement. Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad!

Grazie per questo soggiorno, che per sfortuna abbiamo dovuto accorciare. L'appartamento è bello calmo, pulitissimo e comodo. Si trova vicino alla stazione dove si può prendere il treno per Bologna, eppure al piede dei colli bolognesi che sono proprio la campagna a due passi della città. Anna si è mostrata gentilissima di accoglierci mentre siamo arrivati in ritardo di sera.

We spent 4 days in Simona's house. Apartment is just inside the "old town", very close to the parking lot and from there you can walk in the centre in minutes. It's a very cozy and beautifully furnished place, very clean and with all possible amenities for both a short or a long stay. Communication was quick and easy, no problem at all for any of our needs and Simona is ready to offer all suggestions to find the best places for food, drinks, ice cream and so on. We strongly recommend this house for your stay in beautiful Modena.

Luca's apartment was really beautiful, just like the pictures, the two bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for us as a family, the living room was perfect for morning coffee and we generally had a great time! Excellent location, very close to everything you need and the city center! Luca was really kind and the communication was really good! He was also really lenient with the check in and check out time! Caterina ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus, in dem sich das Apartment befindet, ist wunderschön und der sichere Parkplatz im Innenhof ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Empfehlungstafel von Caterina für Foodspots in Bologna ist eine große Hilfe. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können diese gemütliche Wohnung nur empfehlen! Dankeschön Caterina :)

lovely stay, home was cozy! half an hourish walk to the city and the station was okay :)

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans le logement de Valentina. L'emplacement est idéal en plein centre de Bologne, tout est accessible à pieds, la gare Centrale est à 20mn, très pratique pour visiter la région. Le logement est très bien équipé, conforme à la description et suffisamment grand pour 2 personnes. Enfin, Valentina est charmante, réactive et attentionnée : un petit panier d'accueil nous attendait à l'arrivée, avec quelques spécialités italiennes. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

Nicola and Rita were excellent hosts—responsive, helpful, kind. Aside from a bit of a miscue around first getting into the apartment, everything was smooth. The location is fabulous, an easy walk to the city center, plus a thriving area to the west. And the beautiful and historic Basilica di San Francesco is right across the street. We stayed in Bologna 12 days (then on to Modena for 6), so having a washing machine in the apartment (which they showed us how to use) was very helpful. Everything stated in the apartment description is accurate. If we ever come back to Bologna we would absolutely stay here again. And we will recommend it highly to traveling friends. Finally, Bologna is a fabulous city! Big thanks to our hosts!

Luogo stupendo, tranquillo e ben curato. Gli host sono una coppia gentilissima e disponibilissima. Si è anche offerto di aiutarmi per il barbecue alla mia richiesta di informazioni sul funzionamento dello stesso. Colazione inclusa di alta qualità e con uova derivanti dalle tre galline presenti in residenza. Tenda spaziosa attrezzata con piumoni e letto comodo, con panorama mozzafiato al risveglio al mattino. È anche presente una piscinetta. Da passarci assolutamente almeno una notte. Noi torneremo di sicuro.

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Traumhafte moderne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Im Haus befinden sich vier Ferienappartments, mit denen man sich den Pool teilt. Alles ist super gepflegt, sauber und modern. Auch die Außenanlage ist liebevoll gestaltet und gepflegt. Fabio und Monia sind super freundlich und versorgen einen mit Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Sono rimasta estremamente soddisfatta di tutto, sia dell'alloggio che della accoglienza e cordialità di Milena e di sua sorella Claudia. Ci hanno fatto trovare bibite fresche al nostro arrivo e si sono dimostrate veramente molto disponibili ad una nostra richiesta personale. L'alloggio è molto carino e pulito, ha pareti colorate che mettono di buon umore. Abbiamo trascorso un weekkend fantastico!!!!!! Tutto veramente al top Grazie mille!!!!
