Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

This place deserves more than 5 Stars - honestly. Anne-Marie & Nigel offer an incredibly private pearl of a location. They are extremely discreet, welcoming, friendly, and have been the best hosts ever - we would love them to be our next door neighbors at home. Their place is perfect to relax, with gorgeous views from the pool, and everything you need (pans, towels, washing machine, etc.) is there. We will come back for sure and would have stayed if we could. Anne-Marie, Nigel, see you soon! ps.: ask Nigel about sailing. You will love listening to his story!!! But obviously: if you prefer privacy, they will be the most discreet. It would just be a waste to not speak with them :-)

Céline et Christophe sont des hôtes accueillants d'une disponibilité exemplaire tout en restant très discrets. Nous sommes restés deux mois dans cette jolie petite maison bien équipée à un quart d'heure de la mer à pieds et nous avons pleinement profité de notre séjour. Nous recommandons fortement.

Logement très spacieux et fonctionnel, bien équipé. Terrasse avec jacuzzi agréable. Plancha et barbecue à disposition. Notre hôte est aux petits soins et très réactive. Le logement était très propre. Situé dans les hauteurs de Menton ce qui évite l’agitation du centre-ville mais proche de l’autoroute que l’on entend sur la terrasse. Par contre aucun bruit dans le logement qui est très calme.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt trotz der Nähe zum Haupthaus kaum etwas mit und ist sehr für sich. Die Lage eignet sich gut, um mit dem Mietwagen verschiedenste Ziele wie Nizza, Cannes & Monaco anzusteuern. Ein Mietwagen ist aber definitiv notwendig! Wer nicht viel Platz im Haus braucht und viel unterwegs ist, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben :)

Lovely place to stay. Sandrine was very helpful with anything we needed and very quick to respond. The apartment was as described and the grounds were beautiful. Car is essential

The villa is superb and beautifully presented. The pool was used every day and we had a great stay. Pascale is an excellent host and very responsive. I’d love to return at some point in the future.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft kurzfristig gebucht, quasi auf dem Weg der Anreise nach Ligurien. Alessandro ist unseren Wünschen bei der Buchung super entgegen gekommen. Vor Ort wird die Unterkunft von seiner Mutter betreut, die den Check-Inn und Check-Out begleitet, sowie alles erklärt und uns mit frischem Gemüse aus Ihrem Garten versorgt hat. Hinzu kamen "Geheimtipps" für Ausflüge und Restaurenats. Kurz um: einfach nur zu empfehlen. Danke. Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr geräumig mit einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt und das Meer. Man hat das Gefühl in einem kleinen Palazzo oberhalb der Stadt zu residieren, wenngleich es den Charme einer vergangen Zeit inne hat. Man fühlt sich in die Kindheit zurück versetzt. Einfach herrlich. P.S. Die letzten zweihundert Meter der Anreise sind ein kleines Abenteuer, da sehr steil und eng. Aber alle Verkehrsteilnehmer in der Gegend sind zuvorkommend und vorsichtig.

Giulia è super gentile e disponibile. Il suo appartamento è una "bomboniera" tanto è pulito e curato. Non manca nulla e i luoghi di interesse sono vicinissimi. Consigliato!

Cascina Distrutta è una sistemazione davvero incantevole, ben arredata e completa di tutto. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, bagni grandi con sanitari recenti, caminetti che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente al punto da dimenticarsi la TV. Marta ha sempre risposto celermente e si è sempre dimostrata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Per completezza d'informazione lascio qualche info supplementare che avevo inizialmente frainteso a beneficio di chi verrà a soggiornare prossimamente: la quadrupla in mansarda e una stanza matrimoniale hanno il bagno indipendente, le altre due stanze matrimoniali hanno il bagno in comune collegato da un'anticamera con porte comunicanti. La sauna (nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo testo) costa 30 euro al giorno e necessita l'apertura e l'accensione anticipata ad opera del vicino. Una cassetta di legna per il camino reperibile sempre dal vicino costa 10 euro, il sapone presente nei bagni è solo quello lavamani senza shampoo/docciaschiuma

Un lieu assez exceptionnel pour la côte d'azur : calme, accueillant avec un environnement sans vis-à-vis, très vert et plein ciel. Cela permet de se mettre à distance de la frénésie de la côte d'azur en ces périodes estivales. La communication avec Joyce est facile et en confiance ce qui est facilitant pour se sentir bien. Et plein de petites attentions nous ont fait nous sentir comme chez des amis. De même la maison est très joliment décorée avec goût et simplicité (différente des photos et encore plus jolie) et elle est très bien équipée. Et, en tant qu'habitués de la Colle sur Loup depuis plus de 30 ans, nous recommandons assurément Maison Joa Terra !

Beautiful accommodation. Very private. Nice pool which you often get to yourself. Most residents really friendly. Very spacious with everything you need. All bedrooms good sized. 20 minute walk into Antibes and 10 mins to local supermarket. A couple of nice restaurants nearby. Buses are cheap if you don’t want to walk. Trains are cheap if you want day trips out to Monaco, Cannes etc. Ana was very helpful throughout and you receive a welcome pack with loads of useful information. Would highly recommend.

Host disponibili e cordiali, casa pulita e accogliente. Zona tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Tutto ottimo!👍

Wir hatten eine tolle und erholsame Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus! Wir waren zu dritt mit zwei Hunden. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der Außenbereich ist wirklich ein Traum! Der Pool ist groß. Es ist eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie oder Freunden in einer traumhaften Kulisse.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen und alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Perfekt wäre es dann, wenn Einrichtung, Küche und Bäder ein zeitgemäßes Update bekommen würden, manche Dinge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Great apartment and a great village to stay! Janine hosts a lovely, cosy apartment with everything you need. Including a great terrace! The location is absolutely perfect; a small medieval village with a beautiful piazza, a few bars and restaurants. The river flows beneath the village and is an excellent place to play and swim for the kids and cool down for parents as well. Airole is 20 minutes from the sea and 30 minutes from the Mercantour mountains. What more do you need? Finally, Janine is very quick and supportive in case you need any information. We had the perfect holiday!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub zusammen mit zwei befreundeten Familien.

Das Ferienhaus Il Terebinto in Imperia ist für unsere Familie ein absoluter Traum! Wir waren bereits mehrfach hier und können es wärmstens empfehlen. Die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Tal und das Meer lässt einen sofort zur Ruhe kommen. Besonders die idyllische Lage inmitten von Olivenhainen und die friedliche Atmosphäre machen den Aufenthalt einzigartig. Das Haus selbst ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben die gut ausgestattete Küche sehr geschätzt und die grosszügige Terrasse. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen, während wir Eltern die Natur und die Ruhe genossen haben. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich und sorgen dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Gilles is an easy contender for the kindest man in France. Let alone his hospitable acceptance and overall welcoming spirit. The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. You can tell he built this place with his heart and soul and loves each moment shared in his home. All the best Gilles!

Das Haus war sehr detailreich und schön eingerichtet! Ebenso der Garten war mit vielen interessanten Details ausgestattet - viele Bäume und schöne Sträucher! Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und Umfeld!!
