Thank you, Leslie, for a great stay! The property is beautiful and peaceful. I found it easy to find Leslie’s place with the instructions she provided and check in was fast. Leslie’s place is clean, spacious, and the rooms are super cute with comfortable beds. I love that both rooms have their own full bathroom! Our room had an extra mini fridge and that was a plus for me. We had everything we needed and more! Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at Leslie’s and we definitely recommend it.

Wonderful quick stop in charming Cayucos. Cozy bedding, comfortable and beautiful surroundings. We are a family of 5 so a bit tight but for an overnight we had a great night, family sleepover style. Laura had a comfortable bed for all of us! Love the little fireplace by the bed, surprising amount of heart and ambiance.

Anny’s place was comfortable and spotlessly clean. She was delightful to work with and was very accommodating. The location is perfect for walking into The Village of Arroyo Grande where there are many great restaurants and fun boutique stores. My dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return in the future.

This property is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend staying here. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown San Luis Obispo and about a 10 minute drive or less to the beach.

I stayed a week and it was everything I was hoping: peaceful, comfortable, beautiful yard, and blocks from the beach. Karen is a wonderful, thoughtful host. I absolutely recommend this place!

The place was clean and nice and Carla was very responsive.

Dian and Jays place was so very lovely. Perfect get away to help rebalance the soul. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Linens were clean, bed was wonderfully comfy. Lots of places to explore and relax in the shade. Wonderful salt water pool to enjoy. All very private and quiet. Close to wineries and downtown Paso Robles. We will for sure be back again.

This place has it all, everything was so well thought out and executed. It wasn’t just clean, it was immaculate. There wasn’t one thing I could think of that wasn’t there, they have it ALL covered from snacks, drinks, WiFi, TV, a safe, toiletries, clear instructions for all electronics and safety needs, a list of local recommendations, etc. Host is amazing at communicating with you and very fast to respond. She even provided a personalized sign and gift for us, being it was our wedding anniversary. We will definitely stay there again, truly a hidden gem!

Another peaceful stay in a beautiful location

Surrounding neighbors were really noisy. in the worst way possible (if you know what i mean 😭). Great spot tho love the room.

I loved this studio! Having the green mini-forest right outside my window and slight view of Morro Bay made my heart happy and soul relaxed. The location is beautiful to walk around, close to the Elfin Forest and walkable to the downtown area with cafes. The bed was super comfy memory foam and it was dark at night in the room so I slept really well. The kitchen is small but perfect for the meals I made with hot plate, fridge, and toaster oven. The bathroom is small but shower has great pressure and got hot fast. The only issue is you can hear the family upstairs when they walk around or talk. I loved hearing the kids in the morning and at night giggle and play, meeting them and talking, but if you’re noise sensitive it might be hard. Their dog is so sweet too. You’re definitely living in someone’s home and guest suite, and I love that when I use AirBnB. It was private but not secluded. The family was super responsive and helpful and amenities great.

Deedee was such a welcoming host! My childhood girlfriend and I stayed here on a reunion trip and we couldn’t have asked for a more cozy stay or such a wonderful host. The golf cart was super fun to cruise around town and Deedee was always responsive and made our stay extra special!

We loved our stay! Such a beautiful yard! The guest suite was comfortable and has a big, clean bathroom. Our dog was happy to play and run in the enclosed yard. There were some ticks, so be sure to have your dog on medicine or check them thoroughly. The phone reception was poor, but WiFi worked great and phone service worked right down the street. You’re tucked back down a country road so it’s very private and beautiful. We had a wonderful stay!

I loved the scenery outside. Me and my partner stayed two nights and it was such a cute place and location. Was a little hard to find but it made up for it. We did not get the jacuzzi bathtub turned on but still used it as a hot bath.

Super accurate description of the place, perfect size for two people. Walkable to everything, about a 15 minute walk to downtown area with everything you need.

Diana and Peter's place was a handsome, peaceful refuge, with expansive views that brought me evenings to sit in the living room and watch the transforming skies. The wonderful mix of privacy and occasional warm interactions with Diana and Peter was perfect. From its perch on the hillside above San Luis Obispo, the house proffers views reminiscent of Italian countryside. There is peace to be found here.

Tara is a wonderful host. My parent in-laws stayed in her space for 4 weeks and they very much enjoyed their visit. Tara was super communicative, warm, and responsive. She is a very generous host. We live nearby Tara's house in a small home with 2 small kids and no guest space, so this was a perfect solution for us. If our family comes to town again, we will certainly book with Tara.

Cute studio with small but complete kitchenette. Driveway is a little tricky to find, keep the directions they send you handy upon arrival. The place is very quiet and the bed was comfy.

This place was beautiful!! And it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! Our friends loved it as well and we were able to hang out comfortably and play games in the living room area! It was spacious and cozy!! Santa Margarita was very small but has a great coffee shop and antique store! We drove a short way to Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo old town for a fun afternoon of exploring! I would highly recommend this Airbnb for a great stay near some great areas! Our friends who joined us live in Paso Robles which is a convenient distance from many fun things to do! Thank you Diann!!

The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. There was a mini fridge and microwave, washer/dryer, wifi, and even some snacks available. It was easy to find and get inside, and Lynne was very responsive. We had a great stay here!

My partner and I stayed at week at Juli's home. We had a great time. We especially liked the location, which is at the edge of downtown San Luis Obispo. We also liked the clear instructions from Juli on how to find the property and how to access the home. I recommend Juli as a host and this property as a vacation getaway.

This was by far our favorite Air Bnb in Paso Robles! Highly recommend this spot whenever you’re in town. It’s so well kept and super cute accents! Has everything you need! We wil definitely be coming back here! Loved Joe’s Cafe three doors down. Best breakfast in town paired with the best air Bnb in town!
