We live upstairs with our small dog & foster kittens. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a 5 block walk to Sweet Springs Nature Preserve and a 10 minute drive to Montana de Oro. It is a .6 mile walk from the beach. It is approx. 650 SF including a living room with sofa bed, private bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. Located near the South Hills Hiking Trail in SLO, this newer apartment features great views and is close to many Central Coast attractions. This apartment is built above our garage and features it’s own private entrance. The space is very bright and contains all the conveniences to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.
