The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. L’appartamento è dotato di una comoda camera matrimoniale e di un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, e di due bagni, uno dei quali dispone di una sauna e di un idromassaggio, perfetti per coccolarvi e rigenerarvi in un ambiente di puro relax. Ma la vera perla della nostra casa è la splendida terrazza sul tetto, chiamata "altana" in veneziano, da cui si gode di una splendida vista sul Canal Grande.

Zattere English Cottage close to Guggenheim

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace, the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!
