Musa Diva da parte di una collezione di antiche dimore disegnate da @olenkainteriors. Gode di 2 camere da letto, una con bagno ensuite. Il grande living e la cucina attrezzata affacciano su una grande terrazza dotata di zona solarium, zona pranzo , zona lounge e bellissima plunge pool. La casa si trova in una zona tranquilla circondata da giardini che danno l’impressione di trovarsi in campagna anche se il centro storico si trova a pochi passi. Una vera oasi di pace per intenditori .

Casa Faggiano, palazzotto del ‘700 in pieno centro

E’ un confortevole ed accogliente alloggio, recentemente ristrutturato, nel primissimo centro storico di Ceglie Messapica, a circa 100 m dalla centrale piazza Plebiscito. L’appartamento è ubicato al piano terra di un antico palazzo settecentesco, costruito interamente in pietra, con le caratteristiche volte “a stella” rese a vista, tipiche delle case delle zona. All’interno delle stanze non è presente l’aria condizionata in quanto non necessaria (ma è presente un ventilatore).

After two years of pain-staking renovation, we are finally ready to present our little gem. Originally used to press grapes, we converted the old stone building into a unique space that has a refreshing balance between authenticity and style. Although you can disconnect here in nature, it’s super close to the sea (5min) and the charming villages of Carovigno (5min) and Ostuni (20min). Brindisi airport is 20min away.
