Few steps From the monuments more representative of the city as the famous Palazzo dei Consoli, the Ducal Palace, the Cathedral and the best restaurants and craft shops.

Il Casale è circondato da 6ha di terra e si trova a 7Km dal Ponte Tibetano di Sellano, a 20 da Rasiglia, a 20 da Norcia, a 28 da Cascia e a 8 dalle Terme di Triponzo. Vicino al Parco Nazionale dei Sibillini e ai fiumi Corno e Nera, dove stagionalmente è possibile pescare e praticare rafting, è ideale per la vita all'aria aperta. Casale Nonno Dario è la tipica casa di campagna marchigiana immersa tra le colline del Balcone delle Marche e posizione strategica per godere delle bellezze limitrofe dal mare ai monti Si trova nella frazione di Castelletta e comprende una zona giorno con salone, cucina e camino. Bagno con doccia. Zona notte con 3 stanze matrimoniali e possibilità di aggiungere una culla e un lettino. Ampio giardino esterno con piscina, ombrellone, barbecue Parcheggio gratuito all'interno della proprietà.

Pietra apartment is part of a stone farmhouse named Tranquigliano that dates back to 1600, located in the country side of Assisi, right in the middle of Umbria. In the family since 5 generations, the building has been meticulously restored in 2019 with the care & attention that it is paid to the house where you grew up. The combination of old & modern creates a unique, cozy & quiet atmosphere. In the same building Stefania, runs a Cooking School where to learn country style cooking.

Dimora nel Borgo - Relaxing Home

La “Dimora nel Borgo” è una accogliente abitazione nel centro storico medioevale di Maiolati Spontini, in essa si respira una atmosfera rilassata e confortevole, data dalla recente e accurata ristrutturazione, e dall'ambiente circostante tranquillo e silenzioso, all'interno di un cortile di altri tempi. A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.
