La romantica "Suite della Torre del Bennicelli"

La Suite della Torre del Bennicelli è una location unica, un luogo di charme dove l'antico incontra il moderno; qui le favole diventano realtà! una torretta del 1600 articolata su tre livelli: al primo la zonacucina/living totalmente accessoriata, al secondo la camera padronale arredata con mobili della bottega famosa Michelangeli, al terzo la sala da bagno, con vasca e doccia, la zona lavanderia e meravigliose finestre ed abbaini da cui sembra toccare le stelle con un dito. Todi Medieval Townhouse w/ Piano & Big Garden

This is a fabulous house that dates back to the 13th century. It has been entirely renovated (with suggestions and designs by the great sculptor Beverly Pepper). Inside the town walls, about 5 min. walk from the main square. It is very private and quiet because it is flanked by the apse of the church of S. Prassede on the south-west side, and has a 1,200 sq.ft. garden in front. Built on four floors, all the windows on the living room and bedroom levels have great views of the valley below.

#Il Casale I Camini con i suoi quattro ettari di terreno, la piscina ed alberi di ulivo e da frutta, vi regala vacanze indimenticabili di pace e tranquillità: immerso nel verde di fronte alle colline di Todi, distante appena 12 km. La vicina Montecastello di Vibio é un romantico borgo umbro con il teatro piú piccolo del mondo di soli 99 posti. Sono molte le altre cittá d'arte nelle vicinanze come Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Bevagna. Roma dista solo 90 minuti in automobile. Vi aspettiamo!

Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

La Loggetta di San Giovenale

La casa è nella piazza più antica di Orvieto, San Giovenale con la stupenda chiesa romanica del XI secolo. Una Loggetta con vista mozzafiato sulla valle del paglia da dove scopre l'Amiata , il Monte Cetona ed il Monte Peglia. Arredata con mobili su misura realizzati da mastri falegnami orvietani, i soffitti in legno al primo piano ed il cotto fatto a mano del pavimento ne fanno un alloggio pieno di fascino in cui trascorrere un meraviglioso soggiorno ad Orvieto. Viene locato quello al piano primo, costituito da ingresso indipendente, Cucina/pranzo/soggiorno,terrazza,camera matrimoniale e bagno. Vista lago a 180 gradi, con piscina e spazio verde esterno. Molto luminoso ed accogliente, ha accesso privato ed indipendente su una delle piazzette più tipiche e belle della rupe!
