While only 100 steps to Il Cortile for dinner or Spearhead Coffee for a latte, the space remains quiet and private! The fenced yard has a brick patio, seating for six, and a grape trellis. Kids under 2 don't count towards occupancy limit. Tax included in price!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.
