It's cute and cosy as well as being close to parks, shops, cafes, public transport and the Melbourne CBD, a quick train ride from Seddon station. Fully self contained with bathroom and kitchenette and a small outdoor courtyard and split system heating/cooling. Great views of the garden and a bright and airy space that feels bigger than it is. Private entrance keeps you separate from the hosts. But we're here if you need us.

Our place is close to Bay St, Beach and CBD. You’ll love the location, the people, and the ambiance. Our place suits couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). There is a gym for use onsite, as well as a heated pool. The apartment is fully self contained and has everything required for cooking, eating, washing and cleaning. It's heated and air conditioned. We greet our guests with fruit, breakfast goodies, snacks and a bottle of wine (or two).

Lakes Studio is a sweet little space situated on the border of Newport and South Kingsville in inner West Melbourne. Newport is approx. 15 mins from the CBD via car or train. We are less than 5 mins walk from a couple of cafes, restaurants, a small grocer and laundromat and a short 5 min bus ride from a shopping centre for anything larger you may need. On the doorstep is Newport Lakes precinct, comprising of self guided walks, birdlife, dog walking and great picnic spots.

Close to the Maribrynong river, 13 mins walk to Footscray station and 11 mins on the train to the city. Footscray is a thriving suburb of multiculturalism. Just added a smart tv with Free Netflix. Bathed in light from a skylight rather than a window. The studio is upstairs ( 2nd floor) with no lift. I live next door.
