Very comfortable cabin in an amazing location . Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful or beautiful spot. Cabin is warm, clean and cozy. Kaja’s directions were excellent. We had no problem finding it or with driving mountain road. Was a lovely stay all around!

Ich bin sehr dankbar, dass ich an diesem wunderschönen Ort eine Woche verbringen durfte! Unglaubliche Natur wohin ich auch lief… Frodi und Esther sind so herzlich und freundlich! La comunicazione con l’host è stata super efficiente a partire da prima della prenotazione. Sonfinnur è stato un ottimo padrone di casa, ci ha dato consigli molto utili ed è stato a disposizione per l’intera durata del soggiorno. Ottimo anche il servizio di car rental offerto dalla guesthouse. La stanza è molto accogliente e pulita ed è dotata di tutti i confort necessari. Super consigliata

Eventyrlig naturskøn rolig sanselig placering. Vi havde også det bedst tænkelige solskinsvejr og brugte meget tid i vandet med våddragt og paddleboard, og er området særdeles velegnet. Selvfølgelig skal man bruge sund fornuft og heve respekt for naturkræfterne. Vi vender helt sikkert tilbage.

It is literally right at the coast. You can see and hear the surf crashing in right behind the garden patch. Short walk down to the coastline (beware of the tide of course as it will come crashing into the storm walls) for a nice walk and adventure (with kids). The house was great and warm. Good shower and spacious bedrooms and beds. Great duvets :)

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in diesem besonderen Haus! Die Einrichtung ist wunderbar nostalgisch und gemütlich, die Ausblicke aus jedem Fenster fantastisch und die Lage schön ruhig. Auch die Kommunikation war super. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, nochmal wiederzukommen! :)

Place is really nice and cozy. The oven view from the living room is amazing. The host is very nice and helpful. They sent us many useful links that enhanced our travel experience. I would recommend this place if it’s your first time in Faroe island. Place is close to downtown so you have access to restaurants. Just watch your head if you’re too tall hahah

Great house in quite place, we were so happy to stay here, everything was at perfect condition. The house itself was very pretty inside, there is everything you need for living. Communication with the owner was great and she recommended us a interesting spots to visit. We recommend Kate as trustworthy host.

The accommodation is great - well equipped, spacious, comfy bed. The location is beautiful as you have a direct sea view. Nothing more beautiful than a sunset there and/or at the lighthouse close to your flat. Emma welcomed us personally which we appreciated and we had a friendly talk. Thank you so much. Would recommend and stay again.

One night stay, but we felt like at home immediately. Everything you need is there, spotless clean and well prepared. The view after waking up works better than morning coffee. Agnes gave us detailed instructions how to open and close the door properly and was keen to help. Note: if you get there with maps, take into account that the house is located in the second line from the road (right behind the red house).

All the charm you can hope for in a rustic, country home - with all the amenities you need. Unlike so many corporate Airbnbs you see now, this felt like I was a guest in someone home, the right balance of comfort and character. A warning to anyone over about 5’10, watch your head! I’m not smart enough not to repeatedly smack my noggin on a thick log cross-beam or doorway. But people were shorter 200 years ago when this home was built, it’s not the building’s fault! 😂 Would absolutely stay here again, great point from which to explore Sandoy and get a taste of Faroese life outside the city.

The house is quite spacious and worked great for five adults and two children. Ívar was there when we checked in and he was very friendly and explained everything to us. We would definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying in Anna’s house - it’s very beautiful and spacious, with high drillings and real wooden floors. It would make a perfect writer’s retreat (I’m was looking for one for a while). The house was very clean and smelled like warm wood - very appealing. The views from the windows were fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked. The front Ning room was big and bright. It was a perfect place to stay on Suðuroy - I highly recommend it. I will remember staying at this house with fondness.
