We stayed here for just over a week and did not want to leave! It’s the perfect accom for a young family. You can tell the home has been renovated with a lot of thought put into it. We loved the style and the setup of the backyard, was lovely to relax outside. The barbecue was handy and we did a lot of cooking - the kitchen also has everything you need and is well equipped. We spent a lot of time out the back or sitting out on the front deck. It is walking distance to the beach, 2 min drive to the patrolled beach. It’s a great base for visiting the island. We were truly sad to leave, we had such a fabulous time. Angus was easy to reach and responded quickly to any messages. Highly recommend this home, we would love to return. Thank you

My family from NZ really enjoyed staying at the house. It was right on the beach and one block from where I live, so really convenient. Big house with lots of bedrooms. Air hockey and Xbox for kids. Danielle was very helpful and flexible with accommodating our group. Thanks

We loved our stay at smiths beach. We were down for a funeral and the house was a homely, friendly place to retire to at the end of the day…. oozing retro beach house charm that I hope never gets updated! I could hear the waves at night and slept extremely well.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to a quiet, beautiful beach with calm water that was ideal for the kids. They had an awesome time playing and swimming, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beachside getaway with the family. We’d love to come back!

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

Our fourth stay at Deb and Mary’s was just as relaxing and comfortable as it always is. We highly recommend this gorgeous house, both for its location and for how modern and well-equipped it is. The two living areas make it a fantastic choice for an extended family group. Thanks Deb for being the best communicator and for making us feel at home. We’re already missing it and looking forward to next year’s visit.

Location, location, location! Was wonderful to be able to park privately and walk across the road to a beautiful beach where we enjoyed swimming and walking. We appreciated the spaciousness of the living area, the shower and the decking. Was good to be able to hose sand off feet before going back into house. Loved Inverloch, the house, and being able to explore areas like Cape Paterson, Venus Bay, Wonthaggi, Port Albert, Yarram, Toora and Welshpool. A very relaxing break, thank you.

We had a short stay at Beekeepers and are already thinking “when can we go back”. It was an amazing house in a breathtaking location. Walks on the deserted pristine Morgan’s beach. Meanders through the wilderness coastal vegetation. All shared with the wallabies, echidnas and birds. Paradise.

The house was amazing. The pool, spa and sauna was a real hit with the family. We didn’t need to leave the house. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Plenty of towels for everyone, extra blankets and pillows, well stocked pantry with all the basics. It made our stay so simple and easy.

Jennifer's home was a dream for our group with the kids and adults loving the heated pool and sitting around chatting in the living areas. We loved every moment of our long weekend away. The kitchen was well equipped and the supply of clean linen, towels and pool towels was immaculate.

This house is a hidden gem in San Remo. The house is so cosy and comfortable, we had an enjoyable long weekend there. The pool is electrically heated so as to make your stay even more comfortable. The host is very proactive and communicates really well.Thank you folks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!

Had a great stay at Rebecca’s place for the family for 3 nights. The property was clean, and had all the essential amenities which a family requires to cater for young children and elderly. The property is located in a peaceful and serene location, and a short drive to Cape Schank. Communication was precise and prompt, and would highly recommend the host.

The accommodation was a perfect size. Main bedroom is great, large with its own bathroom and enclosed outside area. Shared bedrooms maybe a bit small but they're just for sleeping anyway. Plenty of living space, an extra area for kids. Lots of toys and games and a billiard table. The swim spa wasn't heating for us but Chris the host did warn us due to unforeseen circumstances and offered a refund if we wished to cancel. Very close to a beautiful enclosed beach, not very busy and good for swimming. Far enough away from 5he bustle of Cowes centre but close enough to walk or drive in for supplies. Chris was very prompt in replying. Overall, a very good experience and I recommend this accommodation for groups or families. Thank you Chris for offering your place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Malibu house. Kim was responsive and helpful prior to and throughout the duration of our stay. It was perfect for family getaway and the pool and trampoline were a real crowd pleaser for the young kids. Location wise, it was an easy and quick walk to the supermarket and a short drive to both Mt Martha and Mornington. You could easily get out and explore, but you could also just as easily stay at the house because it had everything you needed - we swam everyday in the pool! The kitchen was fantastic for cooking up multiple dishes at once and had plenty of utensils, pots and pans. I also appreciated the generosity of the amenities such as the fancy shampoo and conditioner and nice hand wash in the bathrooms. It added a real touch of luxury! If you have a group with families or friends, this house is a haven of relaxation. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay! The place was lovely, clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. All the thoughtful touches were very appreciated! The pool was great, and we loved how it was only a short trip to head into the main street in Cowes. Would definitely stay again! Thanks for a great weekend!

Just a wonderful, peaceful, characterful place to stay! Well-equipped and very clean inside. Couches were a little different to the photo when we stayed which meant we were a bit squished on our movie nights but this was a very minor downside - everything else was absolutely lovely. Highly recommend the fish & chips from the corner shop and the cafe down the road, which also runs excellent yoga classes. Thank you Stace for a restful & restorative stay.

We had a great stay at Daniela’s place. It was so well set up for families with plenty of space, and the toys and games were a hit. Daniela was a responsive and helpful host.

David was agreat host and his place was one of the best i've stayed. lots of beautiful birds visited the back yard during our stay and the trek from backyard leads to the sea through bushes over the hill bringing you the best views of the sea. you'll find everything a family needs in their lovely place. we all enjoyed our two night stay. thanks guys

A beautiful home with exceptional amenities for 5 adults and 5 children. Rebecca has thought of everything we might have needed and more! Great, very safe outdoor area which was well fenced for children and 2 very happy and settled dogs. 2 separate living areas with plenty of activities for the children made for a wonderful 5 night stay. Really lovely little place, spacious and comfortable for the modest size. Short walk to Red Rock beach with many wallabies in the reserve. Kim was an excellent host and gave us great recommendations for food and attractions for our stay. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful few days at Little Darling Beach House. The house is comfortable & well equipped & Kat & Dave have put a lot of thought into providing for their guests. It’s a very easy walk to town & the local supermarket & eateries. Super comfy beds & spaces to relax in. We loved the big enclosed deck & being able to bring our dog. A safe enclosed yard & the water bowl & dog bed on the deck were appreciated. Kat is very easy to communicate with & happy to share her knowledge on great places to eat etc. We left Inverloch feeling very relaxed & hope to visit again soon. Thanks Kat & Dave.

Excellent communication with Michael the host both during booking and our3 night stay. Accepted our same day reservation within 10 minutes which saved our day after a booking with another site weirdly fell through at 5pm. The property is a brand new 3 bedroom detached single storey house. The owner appears to be building another two storey house at the back of the corner block, but the AirBnB is structurally completely separated and oriented differently so has full privacy and feels fully standalone. It shows that the owner made the effort to give the home good vibes - recycled timber beams over windows, outdoor landscaping etc... not a cookie cutter builder's home. HiFi gives great vibes too. Great location within ~20 minutes' drive from everything on Phillip Island, with a surfing beach at the end of the street, and 5 minutes from nice dining in Newhaven and San Remo. Loved how it's not in Cowes but at the same time had great amenity. The only real downside was that there is only one 6kW aircon for the whole house, positioned in the central large living-kitchen-dining room with vaulted ceilings and the satellite bedrooms can be chilly in the middle of winter (we came in July) and considering the blockwork construction. Would recommend to just install 3 more aircons and call it done & perfect. :)

This house was BEAUTIFUL! Even nicer than the photos (hard to believe, I know). The master bedroom was divine with a great walk in wardrobe and excellent bathroom with a huge shower & two sinks. It also had beautiful ceiling windows with remotes beside the bed. The living space was great for a large group and the kitchen had everything you could need. We couldn't recommend this place enough.
