Welcome to "Villa La Marmotte" located in an idyllic setting between Nice and Monaco. The villa has a large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic sea view where you can sunbathe or enjoy a magical sunset! A lovely garden where you can eat in the shade under the tangerine tree on hot days. A living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, equipped kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, wifi, television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave & only a 10 minutes walk to the beach . "La belle Vie"!

Villa familiale en bord de mer

C'est notre petit havre de paix. Bas de villa, vue dégagée sur jardin,accessible par un escalier qui mène aussi sur la plage peu envahie du fait de son accès difficile. A qq mètres de la gare, ce qui est pratique si on vient en train et pour découvrir la région en train ( Monaco, Italie, Nice, Menton... tout proche) et poser la voiture pour les vacances. Par contre, les trains passent à côté de la maison... ( le jour, assez tôt et cesse la nuit) n'est pas une nuisance pour nous mais c'est selon.

La Suite, 120 mq, è ubicata all’interno di una villa storica di fine ‘800 perfettamente ristrutturata. Our house is located in the heart of Cervo’s historical center, just below the Corallini square. The position is what makes the apartment so special and bright. All the main windows overlook the sea! Spread over an area of about 100 mq, the house is on one level, with large rooms with vintage finishes. It has two independent entrances and is made up of: one double bedroom, one room with two single beds, one living room with a bunk-bed, a kitchen and bathroom with a window.

Amazing country house completely restored surrounded by the nature, with private covered parking, terrace and garden. It is composed by a bedroom, a living room, a dining room, 2 sofa bed and a wide kitchen. Here the guests can admire not only the garden, the countryside around the house and the orchard, but also all the trails and the beautiful panorama that have inspired famous painters like Monet and Peynet.
