"The neighborhood was better than it appears and we did not feel unsafe during our stay" The house is not in a gentrified neighborhood. There are nicer listings in nicer areas at a higher price point. This house is a budget option.

The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

Main room has king bed with super comfy memory foam mattress and guest room has queen bed. Coffee and snacks provided.

Downtown Greenville is 5 minutes by car or you can ride your bike all the way into town along the swamp rabbit trail. If you need to work, the house has high speed internet. Pets allowed.
