Están situados en una calle tranquila de la Colonia de Sant Jordi, a unos minutos caminando del puerto y de las preciosas playas de esta localidad. Disponen de aire acondicionado y calefacción central, lo que los hace perfectos para cualquier época del año. There is a cosy living space with a sofa and table with chairs glass sliding doors opening into the lovely balcony over the beach road and with beautiful views right around the bay and the beach. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe, one full bathroom, wc , washbasin and bidet.

It´s 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a dining/sitting area with TV, AC/W, and an open plan kitchen, with dishwasher. On the ground floor there is an extra room with a toilet, shower and washbasin, plus a washing machine .
