Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Villa de lujo para relajarse al sol, ideal para familias y grupo de amigos. 5 dormitorios con baño en suite! A sólo a 15 minutos de Palma. Inmensa piscina privada de 14 metros de largo x 7 metros y una gran barbacoa. Gran gimnasio totalmente equipado con jacuzzi para 4 personas. Sala de juegos con mesa de billar, futbolín, mesa de ping -pong, dardos y juegos de mesa. Bonito parque con columpios para los niños. Aire acondicionado en toda la casa, y calefacción por suelo radiante.

"Alegrias" Nice villa just 7km to downtown

Encantadora e íntima casa a 10 min. de Palma con 7000m2 de Jardin, piscina, Jacuzzi exterior climatizado y precioso jardín. Consta de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños .Dispone de gran terraza con vistas al jardín, porches, chimeneas, barbacoa, aire acondicionado y calefacción…Muy amplio y cómodo. Zona tranquila a 7km del centro de Palma, aeropuerto y playas. Supermercados a 1km. Ideal para descansar, excursiones por la isla, ciclismo etc...Nos encantan las mascotas, así que tráetela ;-)

Palma, pool, near beach ,jacuzzi,no car need,golf

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
