Citrus Cottage is a spacious stand-alone guest house in the heart of Old Towne Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Towne Orange. The Orange Peel is a cozy restored two bedroom historic cottage from 1919, on the property of a 120 year old Victorian house. This detached 2 bed- 1 bath guesthouse has vintage charm in the heart of Old Town Orange. It is very comfortable for four people, with one queen bed and two twin beds, with the option of two more guests on the couch (extra charge). The private and quiet space is walking distance to Chapman University and the excellent restaurants and shops in the historic Orange Circle.

Cottage was built in 1923 and served as a "Speak Easy" (a bar during the prohibition era ) with many famous actors, musicians, singers patronizing the site (John Wayne, James Cagney & Humphrey Bogart) just to name a few.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
