Relax in this very quiet, beautiful and great central location (5 minutes from downtown) You can enjoy the pleasant weather on a private patio with Jacuzzi and also use as a smoking area, ideal for working or studying at any time you want. Owner with her dog living in private area of the house. Renting s room you will be able to use the Kitchen, refrigerator, laundry room if you need it. Host can provide transport from airport to the house with an extra charge.
