Great location for a family Thanksgiving weekend. The home is larger in person than the photos. Beautifully furnished & top of the line appliances & bedding . We would highly recommend.

My wife and our kids (21, 15, and 8) just spent the last the last 4 days at James's house. it was BEAUTIFUL! Can't beat the sunset. conveniently located walking distance from a store and Starbucks. and 3 min from the beach! beautiful ocean views from the upstairs balconies. fully stocked kitchen with all the needs and Cleaned to perfection when u arrive. James was an amazing host (Our favorite one so far.) responsive, funny, understanding, and completely laid back. 100% will get this house again when wanting to return to the malibu area! Stop looking. Stop wondering. This is the one. I almost don’t want to write a review for fear of making this place less available. It is stupendous, beautiful, the very definition of California coastal paradise and luxury. The entire experience with the property and the hosts was beyond five star. My fiancee and I had an unbelievable six night stay, and we are planning to come back without hesitation. Flawless from beginning to end.

We loved our stay in the gorgeous home! Amenities are incredible and it was such a beautiful getaway. We also had someone leave a ring and their cleaners found it and hung onto it for us to receive the next day. We are so appreciative and would absolutely stay here again!

James was incredibly kind and helpful before and during our stay. The home was super spacious, a close walk to town, and we were even able to make s’mores one evening, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would be delighted to return in the future!

We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

We stayed at the property for 3 nights. It was a girls’ trip. We loved the view. The house was very equip. with dishes etc. that was nice since we did breakfast every day. Everyone had a bed and slept well. Thanks for letting us stay at the property, this was a girls’ trip to remember. ❤️❤️

For being our first time in California, this was one for the best homes we could've found! Right off the main area, so you don't need to deal with crazy traffic, the neighborhood is quite, even with the bar next door. Which is a very cute, beer & wine bar, little small. Great area for a run or we used bikes to go check out the sea lions down the road. If you don't mind the drive, there are nice little family ran restaurant across the bay. You can also see the MASSIVE cargo ship come through the port, a sight to see. We got to drive down and around to Malibu, Ventura, Hollywood Hills and more. Suprised our friend who was stationed here was the biggest highlight to the trip. Thank you JC and Alicia for the hospitality and recommendations! Hope to come back to California soon!

We had a great stay at this beautiful residence. The hosts were amazing. They provided snacks, fruit, drinks and many other food items for our stay! We stayed over New Year's Eve and they even provided party items. The residence was just as pictured. It's location is great, just next to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a great stay here for my sister's bachelorette party. The place was spacious enough for all 9 of us to have our own space and spend time together celebrating her. The kitchen was well equipped and each of the bedrooms were clean and spacious. We even braved walking up and down the hill to the local shops in Summerland which were so cute! We had an incredible weekend and the house was a huge part of it ! Would highly recommend!

I have gotten a quick response from the host and everything that description says tend to be accurate although some minor things can be interpreted little differently. Everything was new except few things that can be easily replaced or requested to be replace. Place has nothing to do outside of the site but good place to be isolated and relaxed

I had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything was clean and well-kept, and I really appreciated having separate rooms for extra privacy and convenience. The host was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

My friends and I were in town for a golf tournament, and this was the perfect place to come back to each night. Loved the grill. Loved the hot tub.

My hometown is Santa Maria and I needed a place for family to stay for a family memorial . Travis’ place was great our 3 night stay. Very clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. It’s close to stores and restaurants in a nice area of Santa Maria. We even enjoyed the outdoor firepit every evening we were there. Highly recommend it!

We had a job in camarillo that required 5 beds for 5 men. The house was great to accomodate a large group. Rooms were very spacious, beds were very comfortable and the living area was huge. All the amenities we needed were there for us. The home suited our purpose very nice.

Stayed here for a few nights and the house is really wonderful! Had everything we needed and a personal touch.

I'd give this place a 10/10. The rooms are even bigger than they look in the photos. It's a very quiet and spacious property. I used this as our getting ready place for my wedding. Johnathan is like a 12/10. He's very responsive, friendly, and helpful . The place is great

There were 6 family members and a 1 1/2 year old. We especially loved the quiet and peaceful location and the fact it was central to downtown Santa Barbara as well as the airport since we were driving back and forth picking up and dropping off family members flying in. The house was well equipped with everything we could need especially the pantry items. Lots of towels, both bathroom and beach towels for the pool and hot tub. Marie was so responsive to all our questions and needs!

What a great place to stay! 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and plenty of room for our family of 5. Extremely clean. We enjoyed the TVs, foosball table and pool table. Loved the big kitchen table as we like to play cards. Nice pool but we didn't use it since it was cold out. Would definitely stay here again when back in town. Nice quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants and shopping. Great hosts too!

5 star experience across the board. Love the design of the home - an oasis in a quiet, walkable, pretty neighborhood. The layout is very well optimized for its size. Highlights include morning tea in the atrium and late night stargazing in the jacuzzi. Dicle is an all-star, very thoughtful and accommodating host. I have a lot of business in this area, and this is the go-to spot.

We had such a wonderful stay at the cabin! Everything was perfect — cozy, clean, and so easy to settle into. Traveling with two toddlers can be tricky, but the cabin was perfectly baby-proof and gave us such peace of mind. The hosts were warm, informative, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We’re so grateful for the chance to relax and enjoy the beautiful snowfall. It was truly a special and memorable trip. Thank you so much!
