The neighborhood can’t be beat. We didn’t have to use the car except for a run to the grocery store and walked to the beach, harbor, pier, Funk Zone and State street with ease. Beautiful apartment and surrounding areas. We had Internet issues and Haller was quick to respond and resolve. Beds were comfy and excellent shower. We especially loved the beach wagon and kids books/games. It’s an older place, so noise travels easily, but neighbors were quiet. Highly recommend and we plan on staying here again.

The cottage interior and very picturesque views exceeded our expectations. Meadows, mountains, beautiful light all times of day. Lovely decor, light, open, comfortable and well-designed with everything we needed for a perfect stay. Camille responded promptly & gave wonderful hiking and restaurant recommendations. A separate studio, not visible from the large view windows on 2 sides of the dining/living/kitchen areas, shares part of the side yard area. Renting both would be perfect for a bigger family or group. We plan to return to this peaceful cottage!

This was our 2nd stay at the property. We like the off street parking and the fact that we can easily walk downtown. Easy access to the freeway too. The rooms are beautiful and peaceful. We will for sure come back!

Wonderful complex with a few units - perfect for us with our 1.5 year old. The kitchen had just enough to get by and the bathtub was wonderful. Overall very clean, simple, and well kept. Our only issue was light coming in through windows at night...it would be great to be able to completely cover all windows but the decorative ones do not have blinds to cover them. Would stay here again, though.

Our stay here was amazing. My husband and I brought our pup and the location was perfect and close to many local restaurants and beaches. Very clean and will consider coming back.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location was perfect—within walking distance to downtown Santa Barbara, making it super easy to explore the area. The villa was even cleaner and nicer than the photos, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were also able to bring our French Bulldog, which made the stay even better. We truly loved our time here and would definitely recommend it!

We had a fantastic time staying here. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and exactly how it looks in the photos. Great walking distance to everything in Santa Barbara. We loved our stay here. The only issue we had was communicating to the house management company regarding parking our car. That took about an hour which we weren’t happy about as we had plans. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it exceeded our expectations. Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again!

Some reviews noted spider webs and debris. We saw no evidence of this. Others complained about the heat system in the guest room. We’re familiar with a split system so had no issues. There are 3 different systems in that unit so maybe they were trying the electric wall heater which isn’t very efficient and what seemed to be a gas radiator which didn’t seem to have the pilot light on and also wouldn’t be as efficient. We had timely responses on the few questions we had ahead of our arrival

Great accommodations that are well kept, clean and you feel at home. This was the second time we stayed here. It is in a great location close to restaurants, the beach and different activities. The host was informative, proactive and communicated well.

Perfect for our family! Very comfortable and easily walkable to many restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. We would definitely return!

The West Beach Villa 6 was beautiful. Spacious, comfortable and in a fantastic location - 10 minute walk to the Funk Zone and wharf areas. Beautiful patio out back for enjoying the lovely weather and a glass of wine. We would stay here again!

This unit is spectacular! Clean & spacioius. Walk to bars, restaurants & the beach. Everything we needed was here - kitchen supplies, coffee, beach chairs, beach towels, instructions, etc. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Santa Barbara!

Our stay at this villa was amazing, Beautiful House inside and out. This place is just perfect very spacious and quiet i would definitely stay here again. The host was quick to respond to any concerns about the house and made our stay more pleasant.

We booked this home for our family Christmas trip, and it honestly surpassed our expectations. Lots of room for a big family. The sauna was a plus for us, it snowed when we stayed there and it was such a perfect cozy home for after some snow fun. There isn’t much of a grocery store nearby besides a convenience store. We took a lot of things from outside of the town(near castaic stopped by a Ralph’s) which helped with meals and snacks. They did provide a lot of toiletries so that helped, I would definitely travel again to this property with my family next year. communication was very easy to have and check-in was a breeze!

Martha’s place was beautiful. Exactly what you see in the pictures is what you get. Easy to find and a warm welcome when you arrive. We had a great stay. The only confusion we had was on a separate tax payment not included in the final price but was resolved with good communication from the host. Would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Martha was responsive, kind and welcoming, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests’ happiness. The home is situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, just an 11-minute drive from downtown, making it a perfect retreat. Our room was spacious, private, and comfortable. We also enjoyed access to a lovely, well-landscaped backyard with a big pool. While the water was on the colder side (in the low 60s), I didn’t mind it. However, I wasn’t sure if the hot tub was functioning. One suggestion I have is to add a coffee/tea station in the room (with milk and raw sugar) for those early morning wake-ups when you’re in a rush. Currently, it’s located at the end of the pool in the outdoor kitchen. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb. I’m so glad we discovered it and will definitely return on a future trip to Santa Barbara!

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

No home away from home is perfect, but this impressive home was a great sanctuary for my family. Grand times were had, great meals were made, there was plenty of space to congregate and play. The only unfortunate issue is that many of the doors--to bedrooms and bathrooms--have trouble fully latching. So until that's fixed, everyone just needs to be mindful and knock!

it's a wonderful and ideal place for families for a quick weekend getaway. I had a quiet relaxing weekend with perfect socal weather. The house has really good positive energy.
