Stayed at Farzad’s place for ~10days for a business trip and would stay here again! Some highlights — great location with lots of food options, very flexible & communicative host, and well-designed living space (w/ lots of plants 🌱). Would recommend you staying here ☺️

This stay was excellent! You are right in Santana Row which has great eating and shopping and you also get an indoor parking space which is very convenient. Ginger and Justin were very kind and easy to communicate with! Ginger even takes the time to meet you in person and show you the apartment and make sure all your questions are answered which is a nice personal touch! Thank you Ginger and Justin!

This home was the perfect sanctuary for our family of 6 plus a toddler. Lots of fun games in the gameroom made this a great spot to entertain our grandkid.

Davids place is amazing and the pictures can‘t even tell you how splendid it is. It‘s private and quiet, even shielded from the main building so you always feel like home. A gem hidden away in San Jose! The host was great as well and very responsive. Wish we had more time to do all the things, but we will be back!

This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway! We loved the location & how comfortable it was. The hosts did a good job at making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this cottage. Would love to visit again!

We loved our stay at Scriver Street! We stayed for 6 weeks and really got to experience the house and the neigborhood. We loved walking along East cliff drive to witness first class surf at pleasure point. We very much enjoyed the Eastside Santa Cruz vibe with coffeeshops, surfshops, boutiques, and malls were all very close by. Capitola is also just a short drive away. We loved walking through the peaceful neighborhood, with beautiful beaches close by. Monika and Greg were wonderful hosts and have made us feel right at home at their house, which has everything you need - a beautiful kitchen, cozy dining area, an open living room, beautifully decorated bedrooms and a lovely garden and outside seating. All in all an heartwarming home with beautiful furniture and details. Communication with the hosts was very warm and friendly. Monika and Greg provide a great source of recommendations for Santa Cruz and surroundings, which we loved! Would recommend this place to everyone!!

Santana Row is one of my favorite spots in San Jose, so this loft was absolutely perfect! The space was clean and exactly what I’d hoped for during my stay.

I booked this place repeatedly because of how wonderfully clean it is and the surrounding is beautiful. Juergen has went over and above to ensure utmost comfort for the guests. I am very happy with this place and can vouch for the SUPREME SERVICE and how kind Juergen is.

The house is amazing, it has excellent views of the Bay, of San Francisco and even Stanford. The deck outside was excellent for having a few friends over and my family and I enjoyed the Jacuzzi. Ann was a great host, she was very communicative and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Thank you!!
