It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. Het appartement is gelegen op de tweede verdieping met een lift van de voormalige jaren '300, op steenworp afstand van de basiliek van Santa Croce: een van de grootste Franciscaanse kerken en een van de hoogste gotische gebouwen in Italië. Het appartement is in 2018 compleet gerenoveerd. Het is verdeeld over twee verdiepingen en bestaat uit een woonkamer met slaapbank en kitchenette met grote eetkamer, de slaapkamer bevindt zich op de bovenverdieping en heeft een tweepersoonsbed met een kledingkast.
