I had a great time here for my corporate retreat - me and my colleagues stayed together and our team had a great time gathering here. Everything was as was listed and the property was beautiful! Host was super responsive!

It was a clean, beautiful, open space home. I had a great experience with the owner. I really enjoyed staying there. It was restful and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

We planned a family getaway with our adult kids and their spouses as a belated Christmas gift. Everyone picked Half Moon Bay as the destination. We have stayed in a lot of Airbnbs through the years, so many have been amazing but this one in particular offered such incredible touches to make us feel at home. Nancy really offers what an Airbnb experience should be. The house was perfectly clean, stocked with everything any of us could need along with special treats to enjoy. But what really struck me was not having to work through an endless list of rules and the fact that checking out was as simple as leaving a beautiful hotel stay. No endless cleaning or ridiculous particulars after spending $$$ for a stay. We felt pampered. Nancy is a 5 star host. We will definitely be back.

As a returning visitor, I was familiar with the place and Suzie & Mark continue to be communicative and helpful hosts. The neighborhood is great and the flowers blooming on the French were so beautiful and smelled so good. The weather was nice enough a couple days to sit outside on the patio furniture and read in the sun.

The pictures definitely don't do the view justice! It's a beautiful property and such a cute space. We loved it so much we stayed in pretty much the whole weekend. A much needed relaxing getaway! Would highly recommend.

We had a great time! We’re natives returning for a work visit, and this is a great location. Aubrey gave detailed instructions so check in was a breeze. The place was lovely and very clean. We had everything we needed for a week stay and even cooked regularly. I would definitely recommend!

Mora is the perfect host! She is kind, welcoming, generous and takes great care of her guest. Her house is spotless and Mora will make sure you have everything you need - from towel to toothbrush. In addition, she is knowledgeable and very pleasant to speak with. Checking in and out was extremely easy. The bed was very comfortable. Perfect experience 👌

Had an absolutely wonderful stay here and would recommend it to anyone! The location is perfect, easy walk down to the beach, and restaurants close by as well. Check in process was very simple and directions were clear. Looking forward to returning in the future!

This is the only place I stay when I visit Monterey. It’s less than a 10 minute drive to the aquarium and you can even see the ocean. It’s super affordable (you’d pay more than double at a local hotel) and so adorable. The house is historic (obviously), the gardens are lovely, and the hosts are helpful, friendly, and kind. I’ve been staying here for 10 years and have visited more than a dozen times. I’ve stayed in all but one of the rooms. They’re all different depending upon your needs. I hate to give such a glowing review because it will make it harder for me to get a booking but I can’t keep this gem a secret!

Rebecca is the most warm and welcoming host! She went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special with a personalized welcome sign and freshly baked muffins. We stayed up chatting like family in the evening, and she even made us delicious scrambled eggs in the morning. Out of all the Airbnbs I've stayed at, this one truly felt like home. Rishi offers an incredibly warm welcome, that is genuine and caring. How lovely, after we’d been on a long road trip! He offered us a bottle of wine at check-in and other nice touches when he learned that it was my birthday. We took the advice of another reviewer and left our car parked when heading out in the evening, as all the spaces were full. Uber was reasonable price. We loved the quiet location, and only issues we had was not being able to access reception area the morning we were leaving, for breakfast and to check-out. Otherwise, our host made our stay very very welcoming and memorable. Would recommend!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Delane’s home is lovely, well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The downtown area is within walking distance. Delane went out of her way to make me feel welcome and to ensure I was comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better host!

Nancy and Roger are very generous, welcoming and proactive hosts. They made sure that we felt comfortable and enjoyed our time here. The house is a short ride from Santa Cruz and the Henry Cowell State Park. Our hosts had excellent recommendations for hikes and food. They also paid great attention to detail in setting up the room — there were a lot of thoughtful touches and we had everything we needed. The room, the bathroom and the house in general are very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and calm. We definitely recommend!

Memorable "bed & breakfast"! Warm welcome, "southern hospitality" in CA. Breakfast order at check-in. Firm twin beds, warm seat bidet in private bathroom. Towels/toiletries provided. Snacks, sodas, bottled water, refrigerator, coffee maker provided in room. Possible AM noise (earplugs provided). Enjoyed breakfast in backyard w/cats. Great value while exploring Carmel/Monterey/San Jose areas. Thanks for a lovely stay!
