Magical! That is the word that just kept coming up for us! What a lovely place! Chrissi and Stephen were just as sweet as the place! Great and easy location to get to all things Santa Cruz (of course the Redwoods too!). We just loved the cozy and unique vibe, the gardens, you just step into a little retreat as soon as you arrive. It had all we needed. Parking is street parking, which we had a slight concern with (I am an over packer!), but we were able to find a space right near out front every time (literally!). We will be back, I have no doubt!

First impression- WOW! House is very spacious and clean. Stocked with every need. The house was very quiet inside. Owner (Gabriel) was very helpful with local recommendations and accommodating a special request. Gabriel was very responsive and stayed in communication with me when I had any questions leading up to the time of our stay. He was also very kind and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend staying here. It’s a great location near to stores, restaurants and downtown. Definitely somewhere we will be coming back to.

Great location Nice accommodating guess house right behind main house. Very well maintained and privacy. We Had own driveway for parking and felt very safe. Very clean and plenty linens, kitchen well stocked. Landscaping was so beautiful! Danial replied very promptly. We will be returning and stay there again!

This was perfect for us. Adorable apartment home with vintage charm. We had our own entrance and it felt private and protected. The house had all kinds noon extras like coffee, teas, and snacks as well as lots of games. It was close enough to walk to really good restaurants and all the fun but far enough away from the crowds, partiers, and noise of the boardwalk that we could rest peacefully. The whole house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

We spent almost 3 weeks in this cozy and charming apartment. The location is perfect for experiencing all that Santa Cruz has to offer and we walked to the beach, wharf, and Boardwalk daily. Many coffee shops and restaurants are blocks away. Mike was extremely responsive and friendly, but not intrusive at all. We hope to stay here again.

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Rezan’s place. She was the utmost in hospitableness and thoughtfulness The property is absolutely gorgeous, filled with birds and trees and flowers and the sound of frogs, statuary, walking paths, places to sit and enjoy the environment, a little pond with fountain, and just minutes to downtown Los Gatos. I had the best stay.

Ray’s place is like a home away from home tor us and we appreciate especially his accommodating change that arose this trip - quiet house, convenient location, and everything we needed.

We loved Carla’s place. Very clean, great location. Walkable to downtown and the wharf.

We highly recommend Karin’s Los Gatos vacation rental. The house is quiet, comfortable, beautiful, convenient, and extremely clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio, overseeing a canyon and listening to the sounds of birds. It is a short drive to downtown Los Gatos but it is up in the hills and feels away from everything. The landscaping is gorgeous. This is truly a beautiful place to stay (inside and out). We’ll definitely try to stay here again.

This was such a great rental! Everything was perfect. Host VERY helpful and communicative. Beds were AMAZING! Linen was awesome. Everything was spotless. Quiet at night, even though the house is close to great food, ice cream and coffee. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this place. Perfect for 2 couples or 2 couples with a child or a family of four. One of the best places for it's size in the area. And one of the best hosts as well.

Super cute place! Our kids loved the ducks and horses across the street. They couldn’t wait to explore! The house is very well stocked- games, kids toys, cookware, laundry soap… everything you can think of! We had a really great time, and it’s such a unique place to get to stay!

First off I want to publicly say Thank Betsey for everything!! Great location, easy freeway access. Very close to downtown for restaurants and entertainment. For extended stays it is the best!!

This was the best hostel I’ve stayed in. Super clean, super friendly and safe feeling. I would highly recommend staying here! Also it’s very close to the beach and everything like downtown

We will be returning for sure. Kimberly and the space could not have been better for our needs. We've been touring colleges with our daughter and for our UCSC round we found the location to be utterly peaceful and quiet and exactly as described and clean as a whistle. It's one block from one of the prettiest beaches and has a ton of food/amenities located nearby. Kimberly was highly communicative and offered lots of useful suggestions both for restaurants and things to do while in the area. If our child ends up at UCSC we will be benefit from this space regularly. Thanks for the wonderful offering and help, Kimberly.

Farah's Airbnb was wonderful! Everything was extremely clean (we appreciated that they ask guests to remove shoes when entering - we do the same!). We were very comfortable and appreciated all of the amenities. It was very thoughtful to label things that may not be obvious as to how the work. The location was perfect - a quiet neighborhood close to everything. There was nothing more we could have asked for to make for a perfect visit! -Ken

Vic’s place was clean, had easy parking right on the driveway, convenient to freeway, markets and downtown area. The host communicated a lot to make sure we settled in comfortably. This place was what we needed for a weekend while I was a vendor at my art show. Plus this place accommodated my pup!! 😍

I really enjoyed my stay here, Lily was very responsive and communicated well whenever needed. It felt like right at home from the moment I checked-in, and place was very clean with all the mentioned amenities included. Lily’s Mom was very helpful all the time, she is a very sweet lady to talk to whenever I see her around. They have a beautiful backyard which is well maintained and guests can spend their free time. I would definitely recommend this to others and would love to be back when I am in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Gordon & Michele’s award winning “cyberhouse”. The house is very well furnished, has a very comfortable bed, and is a showcase for the latest home automation technology. Its location behind the main house makes it very quiet, and it is a 10 out of 10 for walkability to all of the shops/restaurants/Los Gatos Creek Trail/etc on/near University and Santa Cruz avenues. Our hosts were always available, friendly and flexible. We hope to stay here again.

This place was so adorable. Such a cute little cottage in beautiful surroundings. My daughter especially loved the bed in the loft. The host was accommodating and gave us all the privacy we desired. The house was fully functioning and as described. We would definitely book this place again.
