Merci Jessica Tout était parfait L’appartement est nickel : spacieux, équipé parfaitement et très propre L’emplacement est idéal : tout accessible à pieds en plein centre et au calme et aussi pour partir en excursion au mont Teide ou en mer pour observer les baleines et la côte magnifique Parfait aussi pour garer la voiture L’emplacement dé l’appartement dans la résidence est top et tout est parfaitement entretenu avec une très belle piscine Bref un un excellent séjour en famille

Great apartment and pool, only 6 years old so all in great condition. Very quiet area, and pretty small but enough restaurant choice. Only a 15 minute drive to playa del Duque, a lovely sandy beach. There’s 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk with our favourite being in the shopping complex up the hill.

The place is just as described. Stunning views and very spacious balcony. The location is good as it is close to grocery store, but a bit walking up hill is required. Better to have a car for this place and it is not hard to find street parking.

Our family of 4 stayed here for one week over Easter and it was perfect. We met the owner’s mother at check-in, and she was lovely and so kind to us. Apartment is great for a family with easy access to the pool. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Мы очень довольны нашим выбором проживание было комфортным и приятным. Квартира большая, с высокими потолками, светлым залом, проектором. Мы пользовались двумя спальнями из трех имеющихся. Теми, что выходят окнами во внутренний дворик. В той, что выходит окнами на улицу шумновато от транспорта и особенно мусорок.

L'alloggio di Serena è perfetto, ampio e molto luminoso (la vetrata è splendida). È ben rifornito, non ci è mancato davvero nulla. È in un residence con piscina, parcheggio comodo e atmosfera rilassata e tranquilla. Il terrazzino è una chicca, ci sono due supermercati a pochi passi. Si trova a circa 18 minuti di auto dalle spiegge di Las Americas e Los Cristianos, e ad un'oretta dal parco del Teide. La comunicazione è sempre stata rapidissima e chiara, Giorgia ci ha accolti con calore ed è sempre stata disponibile. Lo consigliamo senza alcun dubbio.

Stayed two months at Anna- Maria's villa and had a great time. The villa is exactly as described in the listing- beautiful, peaceful and well located. Communication with the host was always very helpful and responsive. We would not hesitate to stay long-term at the villa again.

Didi fue muy amable con nosotras en todo momento, nos explicó bastantes trucos de la zona y nos dió buenas recomendaciones, pasamos una vacaciones en familia tan mágicas como es esta isla. La casa es una maravilla, aunque no pudimos disfrutar de todo lo que tiene, debido a aprovechar el tiempo en visitar la isla, está en una zona muy tranquila y preciosa, buena ubicación para poder moverte a otros puntos de la isla, gracias por todo!

Villa preciosa con vistas al mar. Angelica fue en todo momento de gran ayuda, respondió rápido los mensajes y nos facilitó la entrada. El espacio es increïble para unos días con amigos, todo muy limpio y camas cómodas. Muy recomendable!

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation war einfach, Rosa und Fran waren jederzeit erreichbar. Sie sind Spitzengastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an amazing time at Villa Jardin del Sol! The villa is spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The pool and exotic garden were perfect for enjoying the sunny days. We were 6 people but the maximum capacity is 8 adults and 2 children so we had plenty of space. The TV had channels from all over the world. I highly recommend this house not only for its location - close to all the main tourist areas (Siam Park, Playa del Duque, etc.) - but also for the peacefulness of the neighborhood.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in het idyllische huisje van Nica en Yazmina. Vooral de tuin was top. Ons zoontje van bijna 2 heeft zich goed vermaakt en behalve het babybedje en kinderstoel was er ook een badje, wat kinderservies en speelgoed. Yazmina was zeer goed bereikbaar en de filmpjes waren erg handig voor het laatste stukje van de route en qua werking van een van de douches. Als je op zoek bent naar een plek om midden in de natuur tot rust te komen ben je hier aan het juiste adres. We kunnen het van harte aanraden

great apartment with pool and beach nearby, public transport right outside apartment to los christanons and all other destinations, supermarket right next door, only thing is hot water didn't stay hot for bath to run but in the heat it's not really a problem, overall great place definitely would return:)

Excellent location near beach and playgrounds. Place was very clean and outside area was v good. Kitchen very good, comfortable apartment. We had an unlucky one off issue with day time noise out of hosts control but he was very good in resolving the issue. Check in information could be provided clearer to reduce uncertainty at check in.

Daniel nos atendió genial a la llegada dado que tuvimos un percance con la puerta de la terraza que rapidemente solucionó. Es muy amable llegar y tener una botella de cava, agua, fruta etc preparado. Diría que la cocina es muy pequeña y que quizá sería bueno disponer de una bayeta, estropajo sí hay. Las camas están bien y tienen TV todas las habitaciones. Como colofon la terraza es una pasada. Ojo con el aparcamiento, no es fácil en la puerta pero 50 metros por encima hay un parking de tierra muy cómodo donde aparcar sin problema.

We really enjoyed our stay in Palm-Mar. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable, we loved the upstairs terrace. The property has two pools, and is located with convenient access to a few nearby beaches. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
