Die Lage ist optimal, kaum zu übertreffen. Man ist wirklich direkt i. Zentrum. Jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 24/7 eigentlich verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist auch in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Klima/Heizung ist vorhanden. Wobei die Heizung kaum zu gebrauchen ist, selbst im Januar. Da die Wohnung direkt an einer Straße liegt, hört man logischerweise die Müllabfuhr nachts...ansonsten wirklich sehr empfehlenswert. Komme bestimmt bald wieder:)!

Stayed at Olga’s place for a week and would definitely recommend…the apartment was spotless with the added bonus of a large terrace with sun loungers which led straight onto the pool area. I was a single traveler and felt totally safe…the apartment is in a perfect location..out one gate on beach front, out the other gate and on the main drag…I will definitely be back

Apartment was great, would absolutely stay again, pool area is great with a small bar where you can get coffee, beers, and more as well as food. Over the whole week we were here never struggled to find sun beds for 4. Apartment contents were great, beach towels available, glasses, cups, and everything required for a great meal. Very good local amenities within 5 minutes. Bus stop and taxi rank 2 minute walk away. Location is great, vast majority of Playa de las Americas is within walking distance. The apartment complex is very secure, using key fobs and key pad gates. Only drawback is that the road outside can get busy and loud, but it’s very easy to close that out.

Très bon séjour dans l'appartement proposé par Melissa qui est très gentille et très abordable. Appartement très bien situé, au calme lorsqu'il n'y a pas d'allemands ou des gens des pays de l'est. Appartement très bien équipé. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement qui propose une grande place de parking dans son sous-sol, donc aucun problème pour se garer. La location de l'appartement est un bon rapport qualité /prix. Les commerces et les restaurant sont proches. Nous recommandons et nous espérons revenir.

The apartment was an absolute delight! Away from busy area, it offers peace and privacy while still being close enough to everything you need. Parking space inside the residence 👌 The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the modern comforts anyone would expect. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, I enjoyed having meals on the terrace with view to spectacular sunsets. One of the highlights was the lovely pool area—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make me feel welcome, offering great local recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a true getaway with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the perfect spot. I had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back!

Che dire appartamento Splendido una Bomboniera molto pulito e molto funzionale. Abbiamo trovato tutto e di più di quello che serve in un alloggio,il terrazzo una chicca. Bravissimi.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet tucked away in a quiet, safe area. One of the best perks was the private parking space, which made everything so much more convenient. The hospitality was outstanding. Our co-host, Carlos, gave us a warm welcome and went above and beyond by sharing great local recommendations for restaurants, sights, hiking spots. Overall, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Besonders praktisch war das Auto, das uns sehr geholfen hat, die Umgebung flexibel zu erkunden. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral genug für Ausflüge. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung!

Très bel et grand appartement dans un lotissement calme, bien situé sur la côte ouest (voiture indispensable). La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas ! La communication était très facile avec Andréa que nous remercions pour le beau séjour qu'elle nous a permis de passer à Ténérife :)

Wij hebben super genoten van onze 3 weken in het ruime appt van Sunny. Het grote, zonnige terras was echt top, aangezien mijn echtgenoot in het begin van onze vakantie minder mobiel was. Onze dochter had haar eigen verdieping met badkamer beneden, dus privacy verzekerd. Het domein is zalig rustig en de groene omgeving aan de zwembaden heerlijk om te relaxen. Het bar/restaurant aan het zwembad geeft zeker ook een meerwaarde. Een auto is echt wel een must voor boodschappen en sightseeing, maar gelukkig is de parkeerplaats altijd verzekerd in de ondergrondse parking wat een luxe is in Playa Paraiso ! Als tip geven we graag mee : vervang de halogeenplaat want deze warmt zo langzaam op dat ze ongelooflijk veel energie verbruikt en het een eeuwigheid duurt om te koken. Een kaft met toeristische info zou ook handig zijn. Wij komen graag terug voor meer.

Heerlijke week gehad. Appartement was zoals omschreven en van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan het zwembad was het lekker rustig. Genoeg voorzieningen in de buurt en heerlijke restaurantjes. Verhuurders wonen in hetzelfde complex en reageren snel als er iets is. Geweldig verblijf gehad, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Excellent séjour chez Edoardo! La résidence est sécurisée, avec une place de parking privée. Énorme plus pour le restaurant de la piscine, d'un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. Seuls 2 bémols, si l'on peut dire : 1) Le matelas du lit parental est très mou, tellement qu'il se creuse totalement sous mon poids (90kg) 2) Interdiction d'utiliser des bouées gonflables dans les piscines (sauf pour très jeunes enfants) Nous recommandons avec plaisir cette residence, et y reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente. Merci à Liuba et Anna pour leur disponibilité également avant et pendant notre séjour.

Il soggiorno in questo appartamento è stato davvero piacevole. La casa è pulita, ben curata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il punto forte è senza dubbio la vista spettacolare sull’oceano, che si può ammirare direttamente dalle ampie finestre e dai balconi. La posizione è perfetta: in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo comoda, con tutti i servizi raggiungibili a piedi. Ideale per chi cerca relax senza rinunciare alla comodità. Rita è sempre stata disponibile e pronta a rispondere ad ogni mio quesito.

O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, super bem decorado e limpo. Lençóis de cama e toalhas de excelente qualidade. A localização maravilhosa, mas se estiver de carro e com muitas malas, pode ser um pouco desafiador, tendo que caminhar alguns minutos de um estacionamento público até o apartamento. No meu caso que viajei com bebê e tínhamos um voo às 7h da manhã, foi um pouco complicado. Então, fica a dica pra quem tem alguma questão de mobilidade. O único ponto que eu indicaria de melhoria para a estadia, seria adicionar algumas amenities, como gel de banho ou água na geladeira. Pelo preço pedido, acho que seria interessante. No mais, tudo certo. Agradeço ao rápido e fácil atendimento e, sem dúvidas, voltaríamos a nos hospedar com eles. ☺️

excellent séjour. l'appartement était impeccable. Belle vue de notre balcon. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et nous ont fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin et des collations et mousseux de bienvenue

Très bel appartement dans une résidence luxeuse et très bien entretenue et calme.Environnement très agréable. Ma seule déception concerne le jacuzzi que je n'ai pas utilisé à cause de la qualité de l'eau

We had a fantastic week at this apartment (couple + 2 kids) and felt at home right away. It’s spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, and tasteful decor. A big plus: enough toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags for the whole week. We also got beach and shower towels, and even beach toys for the kids! The heated whirlpool on the terrace was a highlight. There are two outdoor pools (one heated), a well-equipped gym, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Two restaurants and a small supermarket are just 200m away. With a car, the best beaches and activities are 15 minutes away. There’s also a big underground parking lot - very convenient. And the friendly person who gave us the keys made us feel welcome from the start. We’d definitely come back!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrten zum Nationalpark El Teide. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse; allerdings hatten wir die ersten 2 Tage immer mal wieder Regen und Wind und konnten sie daher nicht so nutzen da es leider keinen überdachten und windgeschützten Bereich gibt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden ☺️🌸

Wir waren eine Woche in der Finca und rundum zufrieden und begeistert. Die Einrichtung ist wunderschön und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein toller Ort um zu entspannen und die Ruhe zu genießen. Das Ein- und Auschecken lief eigenständig und problemlos. Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal wieder kommen.

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad bij meneer Williams. Het is wel een flinke klim om er te komen maar de rust en het prachtige uitzicht is het waard. We konden zelfs langer blijven om op de taxi te wachten die meneer voor ons had geregeld. We komen graag terug!

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O apartamento é super completo, amplo e confortável. A cozinha é muito bem equipada, assim como os banheiros (secador, shampoo, condicionador, sabonete). O local fica em uma região montanhosa muito bonita. Estávamos de carro, o que facilitou o deslocamento na ilha, mas existe uma parada de ônibus em frente ao apartamento. Além disso o hôte foi muito reativo a todas nossas perguntas e solicitações. Recomendo fortemente!!!
