Das Haus verfügt über zwei Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Essbereich und zwei gemütliche Wohnzimmer. Der nächste Strand ist etwa 9,2 km entfernt und in 10–15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

La casa se encuentra en el centro de Santa Margalida, en la parte alta del pueblo, muy cerca de la tranquila plaza central y plaza de la iglesia. Es una rehabilitación de una casa antigua si bien, se han conservado elementos arquitectónicos de su origen de construcción en el siglo XV, también preservando el carácter de la vivienda con los muebles que en la familia hemos hecho artesanalmente. Santa Margalida está ubicada a ocho kilómetros del mar, frente a la bahía de Alcudia.
