Bellissima e nuovissima villetta a piano terra, fronte mare. Su un unico piano: ampio open space con moderno angolo cottura, due camere da letto, disimpegno, bagno con comodo box doccia, oltre ad una doccia all'aperto. Tutti gli ambienti si affacciano su un attrezzato giardino privato. L'appartamento è climatizzato e dotato anche di ventilatori. WiFi e parcheggio privato interno al giardino per veicoli di piccola e media lunghezza.
