Situata in una “corte” molto tranquilla, 5 posti letto e 2 bagni, accessibile anche a persone con disabilità motorie (a richiesta è possibile usare l'ascensore per accedere al primo piano). All’esterno un grande tavolo con panchine in legno, il tutto sotto un ampio gazebo e una struttura esterna dove troverete la lavatrice e una doccetta. Nelle vicinanze si trovano servizi di prima necessità, bar e ristoranti.

Prestigioso appartamento con balcone vista canale a pochi minuti da piazza San Marco ma in una zona tranquilla. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per tutto il gruppo, per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con Polizia e Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.
