Accogliente e moderno appartamento alle porte di Siracusa, a soli 10 minuti in auto dal centro storico ed in una zona ben servita. L'appartamento, completamente ristrutturato, è composto da una zona living con divano letto matrimoniale, un cucinotto attrezzato, una camera da letto, una piccola stanza con un posto letto, bagno con doccia, un ripostiglio e di una zona lavanderia. Il living e la camera da letto affacciano su una veranda dalla quale è possibile vedere scorci di mare e l'Etna.

Amazing house by the seaside with two terraces

Super bright house located by the seaside of the beautiful Ortigia island. Fully restructured and decorated with creativity by design enthusiasts. Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.
