Cala Deia. Mejores vistas en Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Have a romantic stay at our totally renovated, beautiful apartment! It has a completely new kitchen with all modern appliances. Dúplex en primera línea de mar

Mi bisabuelo compró el terreno para hacer una pequeña casa de madera en la que su mujer, mi bisabuela, pudiese ponerse el traje de baño en un sitio privado. Era principios del siglo XX y la gente empezaba a nadar simplemente por placer. Finalmente decidió construir una casa y fue así el primer apartamento de playa en el Puerto de Sóller; por aquel entonces todo era campo y pudo elegir las mejores vistas y localización de todo el paseo marítimo. Les invitamos a venir a comprobarlo.

Este apartamento es el más cercano al mar y está junto a la arena, con acceso directo a la piscina y a la playa. Hay una cama doble para 2 personas y dos camas individuales. Además de un sofá cama en el salón. Tiene una terraza al exterior y un jardín privado con diferentes accesos, mesa, sillas y tumbonas privadas. Hay wifi comunitario y además un wifi de mayor calidad, privado y gratuito exclusivo para mis huéspedes

Apartamento frente al mar y muy cerca de la playa, dispone de una piscina y otra para niños con un amplio jardín, con salida directa al mar. Situado en una preciosa villa costera, que todavía conserva el encanto tradicional marinero. Todos los servicios están muy cercanos (bares, restaurantes, supermercados, etc.). The accommodation is excellent: style surrounds you in it. Thoughtful design. Every little thing is taken into account and will allow you to spend an unforgettable vacation. The sea and the beach are 150 meters from the studio, shops are within walking distance, the city center is 5 minutes on foot. Near restaurants and cafes for every taste. DELIGHTFUL APARTMENT ON THE SEA

Lugares de interés: increíbles vistas, restaurantes y comida, la playa, actividades en familia, y vida nocturna. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a las vistas, la ubicación, ambiente tranquilo frente al mar.. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, viajeros de negocios, y familias (con hijos).
