The Apt is perfectly located, overlooking piazza S. Barbara on the Old Town of Porto Ercole, 5 m. walk from the port. It has two floors: 1st: living room, double sofa bed, fireplace, 1 bathroom w shower, dining table and kitchen, balcony w. a wide view on the seafront; the 2 floor has two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with two single beds) plus a WC and sink. A folding baby bed is also available.

Casa sulla spiaggia

Vista mare, spiaggia a un passo (veramente!), tramonti unici. Questa casa era esattamente come l’ho sempre sognata! Casa con giardino e accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Un posto auto, due camere da letto, una veranda vista mare, due balconi (di cui uno vista mare), sala da pranzo con cucina, due camere da letto e due bagni. A 10 minuti di distanza si trova l’aereoporto internazionale di Fiumicino.

Bring the whole family to this great 3 spacious floors villa with lots of room for fun. The entire space is very cool and it’s just 150m from the beach and restaurants. The house can accommodate 13 + 2 people (consider the sofa bed in the living room) There are private beaches with bars and restaurants and a very large public beach. Both reachable within 3 minutes walk from the property
