Montezuma Heights Art House

The home is placed on one of the most impressing locations in the country. The house was co-designed, with Kata Jung (Kata made significant projects in the area). Art, antic doors / windows and nature . The ocean views from the house are one of it's kind. The starry night from at the roof terrace is spectacular. 300ft./100m above the ocean. No air condition(great breeze and ventilators) shared pool(with Geco and Buho cabin), 4X4 recommended. The place is family orientated and not a party place.

Cute 2 bedroom villa with some of the BEST views in Manuel Antonio!! Easy to find property, car recommended but not necessary. 10 minute walk of 2 of the best beaches in Manuel Antonio, Playa Biesanz and Playitas. Perfect for 2 couples, fully equipped large kitchen, large living room. On 2 levels with plenty of private spaces for relaxing. 5 minute drive to the public beach. Air conditioning is not needed,cool ocean breezes are very refreshing. Must climb 3 flights of stairs to get to the house.

Exceptional quiet beautiful area, with private pool, ping-pong, climbing peg board, bat-mitten, tire-swing, dart-board, board games, and foosball. Write about the use of the SUV cars. The maid service, and the 7 ocean kayaks are usually only available for a stay of 5 or more days. The cook is usually always available for an extra charge.
