Beautiful space where we spent most of our time on the deck/screened in porch. Very clean place, looked just like the pictures.

This was such a nice little stay! It was a bit chilly most mornings of our trip, but the enclosed porch was great for coffee and morning conversation. Beds were super comfy too!

Took my wife,daughter, dogs and in laws to visit family over Thanksgiving break, what a great stay! Loved the location on the water, amazing view, comfortable home, great game room upstairs and easy parking. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with enough to cook a whole Thanksgiving dinner. We made some great family memories here, thank you! I could write a short book about all the great things this property has but I'll finish here, well worth the money and the hosts were great too. Stay here for a great time!

Great place and very convenient for Chapin access.

We stayed for the weekend of our daughter’s wedding at Heron Hill Venue. The location was great and the scenery beautiful. The lake house is well equipped, comfortable, and decorated but not cluttered. The deck overlooking the lake was the perfect place to sit in the morning and relax with my hot cup of tea before wedding preparations got crazy. Only wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. Kim was very helpful and responsive. I would come back again even without a wedding to attend. High marks for this lake house retreat!

We had an amazing stay! The property offers breathtaking views and is perfectly situated near a beautiful lake—ideal for a peaceful getaway. The home was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The owner was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with, making the entire experience seamless. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and relaxing retreat. Kathy was an outstanding host very accommodating. We could not have asked for a better host and her property. Will definitely look her up when we return and as for there property we put our boats in the water when we arrive and never took it out the water other than to fuel out. The property was close enough to John C Landing that we went by water during practice and the tournament awesome place.

Absolutely amazing stay at Todd’s property. We enjoyed breathtaking views of sunrise over Lake Murray from the front porch and stunning sunsets over Lake Murray from the backyard. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Hope to return!

Great cabin by the lake and close to lake access! Clean cabin with all you need for a fishing trip. Great restaurant within 75 yards of the cabin open from breakfast at 7 till 9-10 at night. Great fishing in the area!! Boat parking is a little tight with a 20 ft rig on the back but we made it work by backing in. All in all a great place to stay!!

The perfect stay! Beautiful lake, clean and gorgeous house, quiet neighborhood and amazing bang for your buck. We've stayed at a dozen Air B&B's and this was top 3! Plenty of space for our family of 5 (though could have EASILY fit another 3-5 guests). Never felt like we were falling over one another. Great fishing location (though we only caught one fish, haha), calm waters and breathtaking sunrise/sets. About an hour drive from the beach at Charleston (highly suggest Folly Beach). Morgan was responsive when we had questions and was always super kind.

The place was very nice. Check in and out went smoothly. I would have liked more information about the road in and out as I had a boat trailer to deal with and the road was tight and the yard set up made turning the trailer around a challenge. Other than that it was an exceptional experience

Very clean and spacious house with more than reasonable stocked items made us feel at home the minute we stepped in. Inside, tasteful furnitures and decoration gave us a cozy feel as if we are staying at my grandmother’s house. Outside, you can spend all day relaxed with the sounds of nature - water, wind, and birds. I tried kayaking for the first time. Water is calm, nothing else is around me except water. What a soothing experience! And the sunset is breathtaking.

The host was great and the place was as described. We had enough space for everyone to sleep. I wish we had more time to enjoy the water but our schedule did not allow.

We had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to circle park and all other areas of Charleston. While they did a great job with the house refurbishing, we can tell that things have been abused and might need some maintenance. The EV charger was absolutely perfect for our trip and made the whole experience so much better.

I travel a lot for fishing tournaments and typically stay at AirBNB or VRBO places instead of hotels. This place was as pictured. This is the first one that I’ve stayed at that was actually someone’s “home”. It appears as if the owners just move into a small outbuilding in the back yard while their home is rented out. This didn’t bother me, but it may bother some. It seemed to be a safe place to plug the boat up and is close to boat ramps.

The house was perfect for our group of three moms and daughters in town for a dance competition. We felt right at home and had a great time. The view of the lake was beautiful! The girls are already hoping they have another dance competition in the area next year so we can stay here again.

Responsive host by text and phone. Super helpful with the questions I had about parking. The house was clean and everything we used worked as it should. We will be back next year for sure.

It was a great place for our whole family. It checked all the boxes for everyone. Fishing was our #1 box, having the boat dock was wonderful. They didn't have to take the boat in and out of the water everytime they fished. The indoor swimming pool was great for the kids and adults because you didn't have to wait for warm weather. The pool table was fun for all and we could all hang together in the spacious area. The kitchen was large and clean with everything you would need. We all had a great relaxing vacation. Would highly recommend this place! Working with Ingrid was wonderful! She was extremely helpful and was available when we needed her. Would love to check out her other properties. Thank you for everything Ingrid!

Garrett was very responsive and friendly. We rented this place to bass fish Lake Murray. The driveway was big enough to hold our trucks and trailers. We were able to tie our boats at the docks or beach behind the house. Very nice! The house was exactly as described in the pictures and we have no complaints. I also want to say the residents of Lake Murray were the friendliest folks we have ever met! People on docks just come out to talk and welcome us to their Lake. I highly recommend Garrett and this house for your next stay in Lake Murray.

Was an amazing stay, the views were beautiful the space was large and clean, and absolutely beautiful. They provided fishing poles and tackle boxes & the fishing was nice and peaceful. Marilee was extremely helpful and communicated really well. We had a party of 9 and it was the perfect house would definitely stay again.
