Fácil y afable la comunicación, personas súper educadas y muy amables. El alojamiento y fácil de llegar y muy seguro, es como sentirse en tu casa. Claro que volvería a repetir y mi próxima visita a Santiago. Saliendo del residencial hay un lugar donde ir vende sopas las 24 horas, muy buenas y mucha variedad.

We had a lot of fun, the house is very big and has a lot of amenities, everything is just like in the pictures. We didnt have the cooking/cleaning staff available to us and with such a large house it wouldve been very helpful, but we do understand that it is a big national holiday. Keisy(the man who takes care of things around the house) was amazing, he was always there available for anything we needed, whether it was a question about the house or a quick run to the market to buy supplies. The only complaint we had was that the wooden roof seems to have a filtration issue, it didnt happen at first but after a few hours of rain it started dripping, it was fine in the concrete areas so i would guess that the wooden roof got saturated with water.

The place was beautiful. Gated community, private, very clean, any spacious. We felt safe. Saul (the co-host) he was great!!! Attentive, answered our calls promptly. Made sure we were accommodated upon arrival. Same goes with Lynette ( the host). Excellent service.

Al llegar, me encontré con un espacio impecablemente limpio, de un gusto exquisito y lleno de detalles que hicieron que me sintiera como en casa al instante. La ubicación era perfecta, cerca de todas los lugares que quería frecuentar pero lo suficientemente tranquila como para ofrecer un respiro relajante después de un día de exploración. ¡Definitivamente recomiendo este Airbnb a cualquiera que busque una experiencia inolvidable y perfecta en todos los sentidos!

My family has stayed at Getaway Villas 3 to 4 times per year. No mistake—this is the best villa we’ve found for our needs. The villa was even better than it looks in the pictures! The air conditioner, Wi-Fi, hot tub, board games for the little ones and adults, super comfy beds, and spacious rooms made it perfect. It was so peaceful that even though it rained 2 of the 4 days, we still enjoyed every moment together. We love cooking as a family, and when they said the kitchen was fully equipped, they meant it! It had everything—cooking tools, an air fryer, a modern stove, and a great refrigerator. I definitely want to come back. My dad, who loves the mountains, had plenty of space and quiet for yoga. My niece felt happy and safe, which means a lot. Everything is new and very well kept. The attention to detail is impressive, and the whole place is so comfortable. Sitting out on the room’s balcony at 6:00 a.m., smelling the rain and watching the sunrise—PERFECT.

I loved Maria's place, she was very accommodating and answered my text immediately, she has great taste in decorated her place with quality furniture, at night the large penthouse deck is great to relax with a cool breeze from the mountains...i highly recommend her place to anyone that wants to experience Santiago
