We had an amazing stay at Kristina’s villa! The location is perfect—nestled in the mountains near Bansko and Razlog, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The scenery is stunning in every season, with fresh mountain air and beautiful hiking trails right at your doorstep. The villa itself is cozy, clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Kristina was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. Whether you’re looking for adventure or relaxation, this place has it all. Highly recommended!

A very comfortable and spacious house for recommendation. It has all the described contents and you will not miss anything during your stay in it. It is located in a pleasant and peaceful environment. The location is good and is 10 minutes drive from Samokov and 10 to 15 minutes drive from Borovets. The host Dmitar is very kind and available all the time of your stay.

We loved the stone villa - beautiful house, looks just like the photos (quite exceptional in Bulgaria!), the boys loved the fitness and sauna!

Васил отговаря веднага на всички въпроси и дава полезни съвети за престоя. Мястото предоставя всичко необходимо за релаксиращ уикенд с бебе и куче, далеч от шумния град.

I stayed with Laura and Koci for 2 months to write my book - and it got done! This place is great if you want to have few modern-life distractions. During the week you are completely isolated in the mountains, and beautiful walks are on your doorstep. The dogs are very friendly and keep you company in the week, they do like attention! There were occasional irregularities with the services - water, electric, internet etc. - this is part of BG countryside, and the hosts did everything they could to sort it out. At the weekends, the family return and it is a buzzing hive of Bulgarian country life activity - so perhaps more like a room share in a larger family house. You can travel to the local town on public transport for food etc. - I did the whole 2months without a car and was fine, the village has the basics and the people in the village are very friendly to foreigners. My partner stayed occasionally, both the hosts and the village are LGBTQ+ friendly. Laura and Koci did everything they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed to write my book. Laura is super friendly and checks in regularly that all is good. I would easily recommend this stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet on the foot of the mountains....possibly to write a book...

Jackie went above & beyond for us. She showed us the best & cheapest restaurants, the place to get FREE mountain spring water, the hiking trail, and more. Great lighting in the place. It had endless sunlight all day, so we slept better than we ever had because the sun would rise and wake us up, and then as it fell, you could still see the beautiful sunset over the majestic Pirin mountains—the best sleep of our lives. The place was fully equipped and cozy. The heater kept the place very warm. Espresso machine, tea boiler, and more. I loved having a TV too.

Great place with lots of amenities, a big yard with swimming pool, a relaxation room and a BBQ place. Peaceful surroundings with sightseeing options.

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

Am avut parte de un apartament utilat, curat, deosebit, integrat intr-un complex imobiliar ingrijit. Check-in/-out-ul au fost foarte facile, am primit informatiile necesare in timp util, gazda noastra a fost foarte amabila si atenta. Parcarea este a complexului, prevazuta cu bariera.

Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Imagini din balcon superbe. Se vad munții in toată splendoarea lor. Balconul de pe hol îți aduce imaginea pastorală a cirezii de vaci și a turmei de oi la asfințit. Pozitia față de piscina foarte buna, internetul rapid, bucătăria complet utilata întregește imaginea unui sejur superb. Vom reveni cu plăcere.

Great place,really nice host who answers in 30 min max for anything.Many activities for us,in hot days just stay by pool and for a bit colder you can walk to see those beautiful mountains and fields. Neighbours who leave there for longer,are super friendly having lovely barbecues.Parking inside with security 24/7..We had a great time and stayed much longer than expected!Thank you very much!

Me and my friends had great time there. In the house you can find everything that you need for a wonderful weekend. If you are with kids there are toys and you can also find board games.

Had a great stay at this cozy studio! The place was clean, warm, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a great location, next to good hotels. Check-in was super easy and the host very friendly. Would definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing time at Ibrahim’s place! The house is super private, with just one neighbor, and has everything you need—plenty of firewood, hot water, a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and even an outdoor grill with a table. There are two living rooms, each with a small kitchen area, plus two bathrooms (one on each floor). Charcoal for the barbecue was also provided, and the balcony upstairs offers a fantastic view. Ibrahim is really friendly and responds quickly. If you ever need anything, he’s always available and happy to help. We were a group of 13 and had a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

We were a group of eight people and stayed at Ljubov’s place in March. The house is located in a small mountain village, right at the entrance of Beli Iskar. It was just as described, with three separate bedrooms on the second floor, one bedroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms on the ground floor. Additionally, there were two wide couches that were very comfortable for sleeping, which we also used. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need—various dishes, glasses, kettles, pans, etc. Tea, coffee, and spices were also available. All the bedrooms were beautiful and warm, with clean linen, and most had their own bathrooms. There are ski resorts and nature trails nearby. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy. Ljubov is incredibly kind, friendly, responsive, and welcoming, always willing to help in any situation. We hope to come back soon!

Anton is very friendly and responsive. He helped with everything and was very flexible. Very nice and easy to communicate. The house was matching my expectations fully, clean and equipped with all necessary. Highly recommend to everyone

The house was amazing with all we needed after our ski & snowboarding When we first arrived Alex offered us help and guideline to everything in the house and also suggested us some places to go. He shared with us his mobile telling us to contact him in case we needed anything. House is about 10 mins driving to center. Well recommended!

We had a long weekend over at Franko's place. The place is half of a villa in a complex that is still being built - we had a nice view on one end over the mountain and a not-so-nice one in the backyard - where my guess is - more villas will emerge. The place was clean it had enough room to accommodate us, the kitchen was relatively well-equipped. Pro-tip: If you want coffee - you can bring in some Dolce Gusto pods. There was 300m of rough road right before reaching the villa, but for most cars - it's ok. We loved the sauna and in general we had a good time.
