Everything that David described was up to expectations. The location was perfect near everything we wanted to do and lots of great restaurants. The only down side was the small shower, but it was clean. The beach access was a plus. We felt like we had this place to ourselves, we were able to have the pool to ourselves on 2 separate occasions. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and the excursions we planned for. The grill was a nice touch although we didn’t notice it till our last day. So if you plan to stay here, here’s a little heads up!! We give this place a 5 star rating overall and will plan to stay here again in the future.

Great location, walkable to town and beach. Host/management was very responsive when we hade a question. The apartment was as described and very clean.

A fabulous property just a few minutes away from the beautiful Siesta Key public beach. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Stunning views from sunrise to sunset. We much appreciated the covered parking. The host was very friendly and responsive to any questions we had both before and during our stay.

My family enjoyed a week long Spring Break trip and felt very comfortable with the location primarily. This is our fourth year at Siesta Key and it is a safe and family friendly environment. I feel secure in allowing the kids to walk to the village and they know their way around as well. The beach is right across the street which is wonderful. The pool was private and not overly crowded with other guests. The den that is converted to the third bedroom is not very private, however we brought an extension curtain rod and long black out curtains to close off the room. It worked perfectly. My biggest complaint would be the temperature of the condo. The thermostat will not go below 73 degrees and to be honest it tended to get pretty stuffy in the condo. It would have been ideal if the temperature was cooler for our comfort level. Overall, we had a fantastic trip.

It suited our needs perfectly. We were right on the pool so had a pretty view and easy access to the warm pool and nice pool furniture. The other guests who used the pool were quiet and respectful. Everything was clean with lots of storage and nicely decorated and we had some very nice conversations with Lucky . The restaurants and the grocery store within walking distance were excellent. I lost my wallet on my way out the door and they contacted me immediately . The price was very reasonable for the convenient location and we liked having a dedicated parking space. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay there again in the future.

We can’t say enough good things about Dune Our Thing! We had the best stay and really fell in love with Siesta Key. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean and decorated. The view of the ocean was great and it was so nice to open the patio door and hear the ocean. We loved how easy it was to get from SRQ to this condo—very easy drive and great location. We actually really liked staying near turtle beach…it was more private and quiet than other areas and the beach access was simple and close—just a walk over the dune. Shell hunting was really great on this beach. We rented a car, but we also used the free trolley and the frog hop service when we didn’t feel like parking. I can’t say enough good things about our host—they were so helpful and had our place stocked with holiday goodies and a welcome gift for our 4-year old son. We will be back, and likely to stay in this same place again. Thank you so much, we highly recommend!!

Perfect location if you are wanting to be on Lido Key - walking distance to everything you need - the beach - shopping - restaurants- etc! We had a great time. The host worked with us to check in early - everything was perfect and peaceful. I would highly recommend. Suggestion: if you stay here with no rental car - walk to Sunny’s rentals and get an E Bike - it was the highlight of our trip, took them over the bridge and into Sarasota, SO much fun!

Place is beautiful as the pictures. Great place from the island and away from all the traffic. Would definitely recommended to others.

This was a charming home with everything we needed. Peaceful decor. Easy distance to the Asolo Theatre and downtown.

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

We loved our stay at RCC Siesta Key! Marko and Kellie were very attentive hosts, making sure we had all we needed for our week in their home (which we did, as the house was extremely well stocked!). The place was as described, and updated beautifully after the recent hurricane. Everything was extremely clean and functional. The location was a quick walk to town or the beach. We rented the beach cruisers provided by the hosts, and loved riding them around the village and to the other end of the island. The pool was heated perfectly, and lots of pool, beach, backyard toys and games were provided and enjoyed by our family. 10/10 - would return and recommend!

Betty is an excellent host. Clean and spacious for a studio! Loved the pool. Close to Siesta Beach and nice restaurants. We will definitely come to rest and relax at this peaceful Airbnb. Thank you

Beautiful views from this beach bungalow that provided lots of amenities - comfy beds, plush towels, well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, etc plus extras like a bottle of wine and sunscreen. We really enjoyed our time here. The only negative was the lack of a solid door on the main bedroom. It’s a slatted closet door so it limited privacy and was not quiet if anyone was in the kitchen. Still, we’d highly recommend it for the location and the completely updated cottage!

Great location, guests can walk to the beach, a small store, ice cream, tackle shop, surf shop and two restaurants, avoiding having to drive people places. Online description does not detail how nice the exterior and yard are, there’s outdoor seating areas, a fire pit and 2 hammocks. Lots of room inside and outside the property.

I thought your Air B N B home was great. Everything about it was top notch, excellent and really was awesome. Just what we wanted. We had personal plans that changed and we only came for one night, unfortunately. However, the home, the pool, and our stay was amazing. Lovely neighborhood, quiet, but super close to every amenity, store, and anything you would ever need. This is a million-dollar location for sure. Love Sarasota, and was my first time in the town. Thanks for offering this home for us, and hope we can come back again.

Everything was as described, location is perfect right across Siesta Beach. Restaurants / shops were a short drive away, which was preferable for us traveling with a 5 & 8 year old (did not want to be in middle of chaos). Condo is modern, had everything we needed (including beach toys for kids which was not really expected). Instructions were spot on, did not reach out to Geoff until 2nd to last day of our stay and when I did I got a response back in minutes. Would definitely recommend this rental, it was our first time to Siesta Key, we fell in love with place and plan to be back soon. Geoff was a gracious host, you could tell he wants guests to feel at home & has done a great job accomplishing that

William was a great host and his home had everything we needed for our stay. The distance to the bay and private beach were both perfect and we even got to see a few dolphins in the bay in the morning! We will definitely be back!

We cannot say enough about what beautiful accommodations, perfect location, and gorgeous private beach! We were visiting our grown children and it was truly the best place to be. Lori and Tim were outstanding with answering questions and the check in and any questions throughout the stay were answered promptly. The staff at the location were all also very friendly and helpful. We would love to return and highly recommend! Such a clean, comfortable and welcoming vacation spot! Thank you Lori and Tim!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our first time staying on the south end of the island, and we found the location to be ideal. The property is conveniently situated just steps from the beach (with a private beach access) and close to many popular restaurants. The quaint ambiance of the property was a welcome addition to our experience. We also appreciated the private deck, which provided a comfortable and secluded space for our stay.

This was our second time staying here. Love the location. Love the area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. See you next year!

This was our second year to stay in the same unit in Casey Key. We had the same issues with the TV and lights as we did the previous year. Due to that nothing was done, we did bring it up. Natalie acknowledged the issue and was able to secure a small refund. We plan to visit again next year. We love the unit and the area! It was nice to meet our hosts and engage in conversation.

This is a great place to stay on Siesta Key. It’s a prime location, provides easy access, close to restaurants/bars/shopping, a short walk to the beach, very clean unit, parking space is right in front of the first floor unit door, nice furniture, great beds, plenty of closet space, good washer & dryer and very responsive owners/hosts. I highly recommend staying at this place on Siesta Key.

This is the perfect vacation rental! The condo is spacious and very well maintained. Has lots of amenities to offer. The location could not be more ideal… walking distance to Siesta Key beach ( right across the street). Has a stop in front of the building for Siesta Key trolley that takes you to Siesta Village. Kathy is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and replies quickly. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and looking forward to going back!
