This cute little house has 2 bedrooms as well as a sleeper sofa. There is also a pack n play for your little ones. All bed and bath linens are provided. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all the basic necessities As well as a dining area and sitting room. There is free wifi and ROKU TV. Guests are also welcome to use the washer and dryer. If you are looking for a fun getaway in a quiet, laid back community this is the perfect place for you.

City Garden Cottage is a cozy and comfortable cottage located in the quiet Laurel Park neighborhood in Sarasota, only a few blocks from downtown. The studio is surrounded by lush gardens and trees. Inside you will find a kitchenette, equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and hot plate. The studio also has a flat-screen TV, a queen bed & private bathroom. There is also shared use a gas grill and fire pit included with the rental.

Every minute in this romantic home in nature is a pleasure... This little sleeping bird trailer is in the backyard of my house. It is equipped with a bunk bed with full and twin mattresses, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, air conditioning and kitchenware. There is also an outdoor wooden shower with a washbasin, a hanging tree swing, a gas grill and a fire pit. You can drive to Nokomis public beach in just 5 minutes.
