This 3BR, 1.5 bath split-level home is 1.2 miles from downtown Saratoga, and about 1 mile from the race track. The home is clean, and two of the three beds were recently bought. The kitchen has just been remodeled. The hard-wood floors on the main level are recently refinished, and are lovely. The home has a large outside deck as well. The home is sparely furnished. No smoking or pets will be allowed in the home, and the maximum number of guests staying in the home must be limited to 6.

This is a private in-law apartment with a shared entrance. The pool and hot tub are included for an incredible affordable price. I have added additional disinfecting cleaning to my regular cleaning and bedding is washed with clorox and hot water. My place is close to parks, nightlife, outdoor concerts at SPAC, Lake George, Adirondack Mountains, Mineral Spas and so much more. Don't let this one pass you by.
