l'appartamento è anche più grande di quanto sembri nella foto. Molto pulito, silenzioso e vicinissimo al centro storico di Bosa, raggiungibile a piedi. Preciso che sia in salotto che in una delle due camere da letto c'è l'aria condizionata, perché nella descrizione non è valorizzato ed è un punto in più. Host gentile e disponibile, con il sorriso sempre a disposizione, una lavoratrice che ospita con dedizione. E quanto sta diventando difficile incontrare proprietari di questo genere!!

Wir waren für 4 Tage dort und haben es sehr genossen. Die Lage fanden wir super. Wir hatten das Glück jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang im Meer zu sehen. Es ist sehr ruhig und schön gelegen. Wie auf den Fotos auch zu sehen ist. Das Häuschen ist sehr sauber, die Dusche ist gut, der Induktionsherd sehr praktisch und der Geschirrspüler geil.

The apartment was newly furnished throughout and very clean. Check in and communication was easy. the apartment is in a good location for the beach and town as well as only a short drive to the city of Oristano and many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed our stay

Idéalement placé ( la rue à traverser pour être sur la plage) et calme, le logement correspond à la description et a été parfait pour mon usage. Je recommande et reviendrai. Bien que le logement soit géré par une entreprise, le correspondant sur place, Giovanni, a été réactif, accueillant et amical.

Wir haben 2 Wochen in Robertas Wohnung verbracht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Sie war groß, sauber gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Roberta war sehr nett und führsorglich. Die Kommunikation lief dank Google Übersetzer problemlos. Wir konnten direkt vor der Tür kostenlos parken. Zur Begrüßung hatte uns Roberta ein paar einheimische Leckereien hingelegt. Toll fanden wir auch, dass die Stromversorgung überwiegend über eine Photovoltaik Anlage mit Batteriespeicher erfolgte. Bis auf eine Spülmaschine und richtige Weingläser haben wir soweit nichts an der Ausstattung vermisst. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche war nach unseren Standards etwas schlecht. Simaxis war für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt um den mittleren Teil von Sardinien zu erkunden. Durch den großen Supermarkt (MD) am Ortseingang und einen weiteren Crai-Supermarkt, der fußläufig im Ort vorhanden ist, war die Versorgung sichergestellt. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

We loved our stay at Giuseppe’s place! The space was very comfortable, the view was amazing, and it was very close to the city center. Every detail was thought out - there were lists of recommendations and guidance provided, they left us wine, snacks and a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon! Communication was great throughout the booking process and our host, Mariella, was very responsive! We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

Perfect spot for exploring Bosa and the surrounding area. The apartment was spacious and and very clean. Claudia was very easy to communicate with and provided us with some lovely food gifts! Great stay!

Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno nell'appartamento di Luca, é un ottima posizione in Oristano. Siamo stati con il nostro bambino di 8 mesi e io ho lavorato da remoto durante il giorno - il Wi-Fi ha funzionato perfettamente. Luca è stato molto disponibile con tutte le nostre richieste/domande. Lo consigliamo a chiunque vada a Oristano.

Siamo stati circa dieci giorni tra la fine di luglio e inizio di agosto e ci siamo trovato benissimo. La terrazza con vista mare ci ha ospitati dalla colazione fino alla cena con vista tramonto sul mare, stupenda. Gli interni della casa sono piccoli ma c’è tutto dentro e fuori (come la doccia esterna perfetta post spiaggia). La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia ma noi abbiamo preferito spostarci in auto (è davvero un minuto e c’è il parcheggio) per spostare ombrelloni e il resto. Ideale per una vacanza in relax!

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne und erholsame Zeit im Apartment/Studio von Alberto ☺️ Es ist ruhig und man kann einmal richtig abschalten vom stressigen Alltag. Der Strand ist zu Fuss erreichbar und wenige Minuten mit dem Auto sind Restaurant's und Bar's erreichbar. Alberto spricht außerdem perfekt englisch und wir haben uns wunderbar unterhalten können 😃

Stefania hat uns nett empfangen! Die Unterkunft von Stefania hat alles zu bieten was man benötigt und ist sehr sauber gewesen! In der Küche findet man viele Utensilien zum kochen und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung ist groß, gut gelegen und sonst ist auch alles bestens gewesen! Wir hatten 5 tolle Nächte in Cuglieri gehabt! Abends kann es neben den Schlafzimmer im Restaurant auch mal lauter werden ansonsten ist es aber eher eine ruhige Gegend. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt!

l'appartamento di Santi aveva tutto ciò che serviva per trascorrere qualche giorno di spensierato relax. casa confortevole, pulita e con tutto il necessario in termini di dotazione. parcheggio comodo nello spazio riservato adiacente, ottima comunicazione e disponibilità da parte di Santi e della mamma! casa non vicinissima al centro di Cabras ma in compenso posizione strategica per poter visitare le innumerevoli attrattive e spiagge del Sinis (molte a 10 minuti o poco più di macchina e le più lontane non oltre la mezz'ora). ho appreso solo in loco della tassa di soggiorno da aggiungere (che per Cabras sono 2€/persona/notte..) motivo per cui suggerirei di specificare meglio nell'annuncio. in conclusione decisamente un'ottima soluzione per visitare queste splendide zone!!

Casa com boas comodidades. Limpeza muito boa e a cozinha muito bonita. Apesar de no anúncio mencionar jacuzzi não estava disponível. A vila de Arborea apesar de pequena é gira com alguns edifícios de arquitetura interessante. As melhores praias ficam a alguma distância (entre 30 a 40 km). As praias mais próximas são pouco interessantes.

Anche se abbiamo alloggiato per pochi giorni ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa pulita ed ordinata, area esterna splendida e idromassaggio meraviglioso. La zona era molto tranquilla, e siccome ci siamo spostati in auto è stato tutto abbastanza vicino. Il posto auto è stato essenziale. L'host che ci ha accolto per il check-in è stato gentile, educato e disponibile. Speriamo presto di poter tornare.😊

Le logement est très agréable, joliment décoré, très propre, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Le lieu est magique et Antonio très accueillant, serviable, disponible et à l’écoute. La piscine, très jolie également et très bien agrémentée de plantes diverses, tout est extrêmement bien entretenu. Nous avons passé quelques jours de détente dont nous nous souviendrons. Nous recommandons ce logement à 150%. Merci Antonio.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans l’appartement du 1er étage qui dispose de plusieurs terrasses dont une très agréable donnant sur la piscine. Les lits étaient régulièrement refaits et le ménage également. La maison est très belle et tous les bars, restaurants et services très facilement accessibles à pied car le logement est très proche du centre tout en restant très calme et privatif. Nous recommandons fortement.

It was really a pleasure to stay in the apartment. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Exceptional terrace with the view brings additional aesthetics value. There is a beach bar in front of the place where you can eat simple breakfast and enjoy coffee time.

Logement impeccable et hôtesse très réactive! Spacieux et fonctionnel. Voiture indispensable pour accéder au centre ville de bosa. Plage à 5 min à pied qui n’est certes pas la plus belle de la région mais où il n’y a pas grand monde, et permet de bien se rafraîchir tout de même! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour! We had an incredible stay at this modern seafront property – it completely lived up to the description. The views over the sea were absolutely stunning, especially from the terrace and jacuzzi, which made for the perfect spot to unwind. The spa area was a lovely bonus, and the location was ideal – just a short, easy walk into town. The host was very responsive and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended for a relaxing and luxurious escape
