Enjoyed my stay will definitely book again!

I had been looking for a three-bedroom/two bath home to share with two friends while attending the Juke Joint Festival in Clarksdale, and we lucked into this place. While it was close to an hour ride to the festival, it was nice to come home to this lovely, quiet place in Batesville. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen and living areas spacious, and the neighborhood nice to walk around, with little shops and even a Piggly Wiggly nearby. We felt right at home, which probably would not have been the case if we'd found something in Clarksdale.

This home was in a suburban community with private entrance and yard. It is a short driving distance to the square and all things Ole Miss. Host is very kind and responsive. Home was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!

INCREDIBLE STAY!!! We have stayed in many Air BnBs and Courntey's is a TOP FAVORITE!! Immaculate, beautiful and peaceful interior, gorgeous natural lighting, plenty of space, the most peaceful backyard, everything you could need and more. Short drive to The Square, Kroger and Campus. We truly loved every minute we were there and did not want to leave. Beds are even amazing! Seriously, look no further this is the best you will find in OX!!

We enjoyed our stay at Barry's house. The house was beautiful and peaceful. Far enough from Oxford to get out of the hustle of town but close enough to feel like you could enjoy all that Oxford offers. We also loved the pool table upstairs and had many nights playing to wind down after a busy day. We would definitely stay at Barry's home again in a heartbeat.

What a terrific location and awesome property! We enjoyed our stay here tremendously and will definitely be back in the future. The space is just as described and even more charming in person. The location - above and overlooking the center of town (and a great coffee shop) - makes this property one of a kind. Water Valley is well-suited for no-stress, aimless meanderings through awesome local stores, eateries, and shops. It is also convenient to everything Oxford has to offer. Kagan is on our very short list of top hosts. He is the perfect mix of responsiveness, if needed, and hands-off, relaxed guest service.

Really enjoyed our weekend at Jacob's place. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable beds. Overall space was great. Would absolutely stay there again.

The condo was new, clean and nicely decorated. It’s a roommate type of layout so perfect to share with friends or family. Parking and getting around was also super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed on a football weekend. Location is right between downtown and Ole Miss campus, so a lot of traffic and noise until midnight. We were up late, so that didn’t bother us. We walked to both downtown and the Ole Miss campus. You are paying for the location on this condo. However, it was clean, and nicely decorated. Also had a nice goody bag upon arrival. It worked perfect for our party of 5.

The property is absolutely clean and stylish. It is exactly the same as shown in the pictures and within walking distances to various attractions. Mark was extremely friendly, welcoming , and took the time to reach out and make sure we made it safely. We are return visitors to Mike's property and look forward to coming again.

Amanda's place was clean, updated, and in a great location. Check in was a breeze, and Amanda was timely and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook her place again in the future when I visit my kids at Ole Miss!

Very close to the square. Very nice place to stay. Felt safe staying here with my children. I would definitely stay here again.

We came to Oxford for our daughter's Admitted Day at Ole Miss. David's place was perfect and we enjoyed our time there. It had everything we needed for our visit. It was only a 10 minute drive to the Campus and downtown, which was nice. David and his wife gave us a list of restaurants and places to see while in town, which was very helpful. They were great hosts and we hope to stay their again if our daughter chooses Ole Miss as her college. Thanks, Robin

I loved staying at this Airbnb! It was a perfect location. I loved getting heartbreak coffee in the morning. I felt very safe and it was fun being on the Square. I highly recommend!

Teresa was great at replying quickly with any questions we had! Will definitely stay there again in the future! It has easy access to hwy 6 to get to campus! Easy short drive to restaurants and shopping!
