We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. If you want to get away to the beach and avoid the crowds, come stay in our beautiful home on Sargent Beach just a 1hr30minute drive from Houston. Enjoy 360degree water views from our home , fishing from our amazing pier, and watching the tug boats, dolphin & plethora of birds pass through. What makes our property so unique is that you get to fish from our double level pier over the ICW or you can walk across the road and fish and play in the gulf (approximately 75 yards).

There is also a room and bathroom downstairs if you have a couple friend. Sleeps 4 total. 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in living room that could fit 2 extra. Come see the best sunset and sunrise views when you step out of the house. Birdwatching, Shelling, Tan Lines and more!

River House Getaway

Enjoy a relaxing peaceful getaway on an island! This home, off the San Bernard River, is nestled between the "Justin Hurst" and "San Bernard" National Wildlife Refuge; It's a haven for avid anglers and bird watchers alike! A great little getaway to make treasured memories with family and friends. Primary renter must be 21 years or older. The person booking the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
