Great place, with amazing views of the Bosphorus. Nicely decorated, but guests would need a small shopping trip for provisions as minimal provided (and no complimentary bottled water or coffee pods). Previous reviews on the stairs are not exaggerated so one to watch for older guests and/or anyone with substantial luggage. But worth it for the view. Good advice from the host and previous guests re problems with the address for taxis - we used the Rumeli Kale câfé address, which worked. The two upstairs bedrooms had issues with power (easily and quickly explained by the hosts), heating and no hot water and unfortunately smelt bad. Would recommend.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.

Perfect Stay in Maslak – Spacious, Comfortable, and Convenient! I recently stayed at this 3-bedroom, 1-living room apartment in Maslak, Istanbul, and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location in Maslak was ideal – close to business districts, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to explore both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was a big plus. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and local tips that made our trip even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Beautiful seaside spot, very walkable with great restaurants and access to public transportation. We felt very much at home. Very responsive and helpful host as well. We would come back and stay again for sure.

Everything is perfect, very safe location

Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig und bei kalten Temperaturen schön warm. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung in Beykoz ist wunderschön und der Blick auf den Bosporus traumhaft. Der Schwiegervater, Zeki bey, war für die Schlüsselübergabe da und ist äußerst höflich und wirklich sehr sympathisch. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Makuuhuoneet olivat isoja, olohuone ja keittiö pieniä. Meitä oli vain kolme ja keitimme yleensä vain vettä puuroon tai teehen. Söimme ulkona ja kävimme huoneistossa nukkumassa. Sänky oli hyvä, pyyhkeet isoja ja pehmosia. Suihkut toimivat hyvin ja oli ihana, kun oli 2 kylpyhuonetta. Mina vastasi nopeasti, ja oli aina valmiina auttamaan. Huoneistossa oli ihanan lämmintä, ilmastoinnille ei ollut tarvetta. Huoneisto on vilkkaan tien varrella, joten viikonloppu öisin, musiikki pauhasi ohiajavista autoista, ihmisääniä kuului yms. Minä en toki niitä kuullut, vaikka nukuin tienpuoleisessa makuuhuoneessa. 3 mh on kadun puolella ja yksi sisäpihan puolella. Keskeinen sijainti ja hyvät kulkuyhteydet lähellä. Olimme iloisia hissistä, vaikka se olikin pieni, riittävä meille. Paras airbnb kokemus tähän mennessä.

Daire fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibiydi. Temiz ve konforluydu. Güvenlik ve mahremiyetle alakalı bir sorun yoktu. Son zamanlarda tutmamıza rağmen Deniz bey yardımcı oldu. Konumda mağazalar, restoranlar yakın. Ulaşım kolay. Anadolu yakasında kalmak isteyen herkesin bir şans vermesini tavsiye ederim.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Each room was well-furnished and cozy, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location was ideal—close to public transportation, great cafes, and some of the main attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood that let us wind down peacefully at night. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul—especially families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a great location. El departamento de Ugur es como lo que muestran las fotos, amplio y funcional. Los muebles cómodos. La decoración neutra y minimalista. Sábanas y toallas blancas de buena calidad. Los baños con buena presión de agua, aunque falto shampoo y enjuague como se anunciaba. Por suerte el departamento era interno, evitando ruidos y música siendo la estancia muy tranquila. Ubicado a 6 cuadras de la plaza taksim, que te permite ir a todas las atracciones de la ciudad. Gracias Ugur y Omer.
