Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Caner had a nice place, very good communication

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

De woning is zeer centraal gelegen op een paar minuten lopen van de Galatatoren, leuke winkelstraatjes, Bosporus, Museum voor Moderne kunst en de tramhalte is voor de deur. Je wordt zeer gastvrij ontvangen en de communicatie met de gastheer/gastdame is heel goed. Zo werd op de dag voor vertrek duidelijk dat het verkeer mogelijk ontregeld zou zijn door demonstraties en werden we op tijd gewaarschuwd om eerder te vertrekken naar het vliegveld. Bij aankomst kregen we een rondleiding door het huis maar mochten ook meteen deelnemen aan de buurt BBQ en werden we geïntroduceerd bij het barretje aan het begin van de straat. Iedere kamer is voorzien van een eigen badkamer dus veel privacy. Prachtig dakterras, helaas was het een beetje koud waardoor we er weinig gebruik van hebben kunnen maken.

كانت تجربتنا في المنزل الأبيض الصغير تجربة مثالية حقًا وبدون مجاملات، ابتداءا من بدء الحجز الى نهاية تسليمه، المنزل اعجب فيه اسرتي ، كان مرتبا ومنظما بطريقة احترافية، كان نظيفا منسقا، متكامل الخدمات جدا، لو عدت الى اسطنبول سيكون هو خياري الأول، وسأنصح به أصدقائي بلا شك، شكر خالص للسيد المحترم Suha على اهتمامه و مرونته وشكر لفريقه الذي ينفذ تعليماته كما يجب.

Wir haben uns in Omers Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist äußerst großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage der Wohnung im Viertel Balat ist extrem schön. Wir fanden es eines der interessantestdn Viertel Istanbuls. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten war Omer immer sofort erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst, die Kommunikation war angenehm und schnell. Wir würden jederzeig wiederkommen!

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful family home! The location is great, and all the amenities are just as described and fully functional. Giorgio and his partners were incredibly responsive, making our trip even better. Overall, our experience was exceptional, thanks to their outstanding customer service and the lovely home. I stayed as a student for almost 5 months at Selçuks place. I always felt welcomed. When I needed help with something, Selçuk always lend me a hand. He always tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. He is a very nice and kind host. I will come back!

Perfect Stay in Maslak – Spacious, Comfortable, and Convenient! I recently stayed at this 3-bedroom, 1-living room apartment in Maslak, Istanbul, and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. The location in Maslak was ideal – close to business districts, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to explore both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, which was a big plus. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and local tips that made our trip even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul, whether for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!

if I can give him and his apartment more than 5 , I will do it. it's for these reasons; the apartment is not only like the photos, it's even more awesome and charming with the mixture between authentic istanbul style and the modern touches from Barış while choosing the concept and furniture for decoration. Also you can find everything like at home, even the delicious tasty quality coffee. Barış is one of the rare persons I met that they care authentically and deeply about others needs, not just for business ,but because he has a very warm and friendly personality. I'm saying that , cause without asking, when I told him i work remotely , he took the initiative to suggest a desk for me to work comfortably. and as a single woman, I really felt my self in total security, safety and being a part of a family who are ready to help genuinely. the location also, it's one of the most unique places where you can enjoy being in a city like İstanbul located in 2 continents. thanks Barış .

Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick . Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause . Auch Frau Funda war immer hilfsbereit super freundlich und immer schnell aktiv sobald man sie kontaktiert hat. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Touch . Schön hell sehr sauber . Perfekter Ort wenn man in Istanbul verbleiben möchte.

Konum olarak çok iyi bir noktada. 2. Derece sit alanı olmasına rağmen çok güzel dizayn edilmiş. Soğuk havaya rağmen ısıtma (yerden) sistemi çok iyi ısıtıyordu, hatta kimi zaman camları açmak durumunda kaldık. Eşyalar, mutfak, banyo, vs olanaklar çok güzeldi. Tek olumsuzluk araç ile ulaşım ve park sorunu diyebilirim. Çok dik bir yokuş var. Islak ya da karlı zeminde kayma/patinaj riski yüksek. Biraz usta şöförlük gerektiriyor 😉 Sonuç olarak tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğim bir yer 🤗

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Второй раз останавливаемся у мистера Nuri в его уютных апартаментах, Апартаменты точно соответствуют описанию, чистые и комфортабельные, недавно был сделан ремонт. Есть все неоходимые вещи для комфортабельного проживания, включая приятные мелочи, которые говорят о том, что Nuri заботливо относится к своим постояльцам. Апартаменты находятся в 3-х минутах от станции легкого метро линии М1 и остановки метробуса. в 7 минутах есть станция трамвая Т1, который идет прямо в центр исторической части Стамбула. В шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 3М Мигрос. Nuri всегда готов оказать помощь и ответить на все вопросы. Мы провели замечательные каникулы и рекомендуем данные апартаменты

This was one of my favorite Istanbul stays! Both the location & the house were amazing & so we enjoyed going out & staying in in our cozy space. Very stylish & smart design. The host is super responsive & very helpful. We truly enjoyed this stay & definitely coming back ✨

The apartment was very clean , lovely shower and two good sized bedrooms. It felt like a very safe neighborhood which was important to us as we were travelling by motorcycle. Although a little out of the centre but was easy to get the number 50 bus to the middle. Highly recommended.
