Мы в восторге ,красивая ухоженная закрытая территория .За всем ухаживают садовники .Сама территория комплекса просторная ,есть активности в виде мини гольфа ,детской площадки ,и других . А дом очень просторен ,уютно обставлен и всем нужным укомплектован! Обязательно вернёмся ещё ! Хозяйке отдельно 5 баллов !

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

整體環境非常乾淨，帶孩子也非常合適，不怕吵鬧，空間也非常大！！重點床很好睡！房東人也很好，很樂意幫忙處理任何問題也很細心！！真心推薦各位💕

Die Zeit in der Unterkunft war super! Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und haben auch gemeinsam gekocht und eine tolle Zeit Am Pool gehabt. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen und auch die Lage war einzigartig. Wir waren in der Nähe von allem und konnten uns sehr gut fortbewegen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. Danke für alles.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Everything was perfectly arranged – it felt like a real home away from home. The house is comfortable, fully equipped, and the private pool was absolutely amazing to relax in. The host was incredibly friendly, always responded quickly, and gave us so many great tips to explore Pattaya and the surrounding area. I had an amazing stay at this place! It was super cozy, spotlessly clean, and so peaceful—exactly what I needed. The swimming pool was a highlight, always nice and well-kept. Every room felt fresh and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya in the future. Honestly, I’m already looking forward to booking it again for my next trip!

Best place I have ever stayed at Pattaya. Spacious room with huge balcony. Pool is incredible.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenhalt. In der Wohnung hat es und an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht vom 21. Stockwerk war traumhaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zeer goed goed in orde appartement. Ziet er uit zoals op de foto’s. Iets rustigere locatie een 15 minuten rijden van pattaya. Leuk strand ervoor.

Young is very good host. He met us personally and took to the apartment. All the time he was online and answering all our questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, close to main road and shopping centre. The apartment is nice and clean.

Very clean and neat condo. Everything was as pictured and the condo had all necessities needed. The Urban Condominiums buildings and pool area are very well maintained, much better than any of the other condos in the area. Udo was very easy to contact and went out of his way to allow for an early check-in when my flight was moved up. All in all, a very good stay.

This was my second visit at The Base, Pattaya. The first time was last year. Both were very comfortable and enjoyable. Will come back next year and definitely will stay at Mickey's place.
