The air b&b was my home away from home for 11 weeks, it felt like home instantly. Matt and his wife are very friendly and responsive. I loved the home, the space and the walks to the best downtown ST. Charles shops and restaurants. I was here for a law enforcement training and all agencies around stated this was the best and safest area to be staying, I couldn’t agree more. I would recommend this home over and over again. Thank you for making my stay a great experience especially from being away from home for so long!

We stayed at Kathy’s place for 3 nights. The location is perfect, a quiet street just one block from Main St in Old Town St Charles. The dogwoods were in bloom up and down 2nd St. Stunning! The outdoor spaces were thoughtfully set up. We were in the apartment on the main floor. There is another on the ground level. As described, all the spaces are separate (even parking) and private. We occasionally could hear voices from below, but weren't really bothered. There is a 10P-8A quiet time. Would definitely stay there again.

This places was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy and comfortable, had what we needed. We were there on a Friday night…be warned it can get a little noisy outside so if that bothers you, then staying on a fairly busy street with lots of businesses probably isn’t for you. We weren’t bothered at all. Lots of great stores and restaurants on the same stretch of road. Definitely enjoyed our stay.

The house is well laid out, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. The location is convenient, safe, and quiet. The owner was responsive and flexible. While there is a garage, we never used it as there was always on-street parking right in front of the house. Everyone in our party thought it was a great choice!

Everything was as described, the house is very spacious and our kids greatly enjoyed all the toys and books available — helped to keep them busy on a rainy day. Perfect location with short drive to downtown/main attractions but also a short walk to shops and restaurants

I would strongly recommend staying at this home. It is exactly like the pictures and a very comfortable place to be. The three bedrooms are large and the kitchen is a wonderful place to cook and gather.

If any place is worth 5 stars, this is definitely it. - A completely private entire house to yourself - Fully stocked with everything and more than you could ever need (especially in the kitchen, which made for ease of cooking and baking anything we wanted) - Very comfortable beds and furniture, with a smart TV in every bedroom and a MASSIVE and really nice one in the living room. - Super friendly and proactive hosts, more than willing to help with anything you need (though we didn't end up needing anything) The only "issues" we experienced at all was that there was a horrible downpour on the first night, which lead to nothing more than a bit of a damp spot of carpet in the very corner of the basement, and that the knob on the washing machine comes off, so to start it, you have to pull on the pin it clicks onto (still works fine). That is it, everything else was nothing short of perfect. Stayed for 5 nights and highly recommend, especially for how good the price is. 10/10

Lisa was great! I needed a calm, peaceful and clean place for 2 weeks to recover from a surgery and her house was perfect. She was flexible with my arrival and departing time as I got updates from my surgeon and always worked it out with me, even last minute. There's a nice little park and neighborhood around and the house is very comfortable. Highly recommend!
