Vakantiewoningen in flat in Scalea

This is the second time that I have stayed in Francesca's apartment. She is a wonderful host. She is very kind and extremely responsive and helpful. Her apartment is lovely, has everything that you need, and has a beautiful panoramic view. The new enclosed shower is very nice, the bed is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. It's a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place to stay in beautiful Scalea.

Everything was as advertised. The pictures of the place on Airbnb looked enticing and were exactly as we found it . The exterior was adorned nicely with flowers and the front patio had sun throughout the day . The interior was perfect for a couple . A nice kitchen/dining area and bedroom area. The bathroom and shower were fine. The interior walls were reflective of the exterior stone construction, providing a continuous local flavor to the experience . The area was quiet and private. We did not use the provided heaters even though the temperatures in early April were in the mid 50s-low 60s degF. Every time we walked back to the place from various locations we were impressed by its look and how it stood out along the walking tour of the centro storico . Lorenzo was always available to answer questions and his father was helpful in our check in and in helping us during our stay, and of course, watering of the flowers. We would happily rebook the place, a perfect stay from the start.

Alloggio fedele alla descrizione. Panorama bellissimo. Tutto curato nei particolari. Arredo nuovo e idoneo ad appartamento al mare . Il terrazzo solarium è un vero ritiro per anime innamorate .Residence pulito e silenzioso. Host reattivo e disponibile. Corretto e incline alla risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.

Alessandro molto gentile, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Posizione ottima, ambiente pulito e accogliente. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale molto comoda: per noi è stata la base dalla quale partire per visitare diversi posti, molti consigliati dalla signora Rosanna, che ci ha accolto con molto calore e si è dimostrata sin da subito estremamente gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è grande, vissuto, ma ben curato. Particolarmente apprezzati, al nostro arrivo, la limonata fresca per noi in compagnia della signora Rosanna e un biscottino per il nostro cane :)

Marco è stato un host gentile e disponibile. La signora Monica che ci ha accolto molto simpatica e attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze. L'appartamento è spazioso e pulito. Tutti i servizi descritti nel sito erano a disposizione degli ospiti. Abbiamo passato una bellissima vacanza e contiamo di ritornarci presto. Consigliatissimo!

Monica die Gastgeberin ist einfach super süß! Sie hat uns bei der Ankunft gleich mit ihren leckeren Kochkünsten versorgt. Morgens gab es liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück und die Unterkunft hat einfach einen sehr schönen eigenen Charakter. Leider riecht es sehr stark nach Schwefel aus dem Abfluss bzw. das Wasser stinkt so. Auch ist das Bett zwar sehr bequem aber etwas zu klein für zwei Personen. Dennoch waren wir für eine Nacht rundum zufrieden! Vielen Dank für alles :)

Nicolla nous a accueillis chaleureusement et nous a donné d'excellents conseils. Son logement, très bien équipé, est idéalement situé près de la superbe plage, des restaurants et des supermarchés. L'endroit est calme et parfait pour un séjour à bon rapport qualité-prix. Je le recommande vivement !

Estuvimos mi hermana, mi esposo y yo y EC fue muy comunicativa, muy tranquilo, seguro, buenos parqueos, muy limpio, solo hizo falta el wifi, las camas podrían mejorarse pero están bien, muy buen espacio, ubicación esta cerca de todo, nos encanto!

La signora Maria si è mostrata disponile sin dall’inizio della prenotazione. Una persona gentilissima e sempre disponile. La casa è perfetta sia nella pulizia , che nella posizione. Perfetta sia per le famiglie che per i gruppi di amici. L’unica pecca è che non si poteva lasciare cibo aperto a causa delle formiche , si potrebbe rimediare facilmente con un prodotto apposito. Un weekend per perfetto, nel pieno del comfort

Arrivato lì ti senti subito a casa .Un progetto che va oltre il semplice affitta appartamenti.Posizione comoda a 10 minuti di auto dal mare e dal centro città ,posto tranquillo ,comodo posto auto .Francesco persona squisita con cui puoi chiacchierare tranquillamente,pronto a risolvere ogni problematica Unica pecca casa un po’ vecchiotta con qualche attenzione alla pulizia . Ma da ritornarci tantissime volte .

Igor was an amazing host. He has a heart of gold and is so helpful. I woke him up in the middle of the night because I got my car stuck, (unrelated to Igor). He was so great about throwing clothes on and helping me. He lives by those old fashioned values of "loving thy neighbor." This location is a fun walk to the piazza. The town is hilly and steep. I loved the workout. I would not recommend it for the physically impaired. Otherwise go for it and enjoy the different routes you can explore. We lovingly referred to it as, "choose your adventure." The village is incredible!!! It's like stepping back in time. Oh, and the views. Wow! Just Wow!

The apartment was very cozy, comfortable, everything was very clean, I felt like home. There was one small problem with the check-in, the key was not there at the appointed time. Thanks to Giovann for providing such a nice apartment. I really hope that I will come back again.

Arrivando all’ Agriturismo ‘La Valle degli ulivi’ siamo rimasti subito colpiti dalla bellezza e tranquillità della località e anche se all’inizio ci aveva un po’ lasciato perplessi la distanza dal mare, ben presto la perplessità ha lasciato il posto alla piacevolezza, alla pace e alla tranquillità del luogo. Luogo da cui è possibile non solo esplorare la costa di Maratea, ma anche fare nelle vicinanze delle belle escursioni a piedi. La casa è ben curata, con tutto il necessario per potervi soggiornare in modo confortevole. Maria è un’ospite che ti fa sentire autenticamente accolto: è stata una esperienza positiva.

We had a great stay at this Hosts appt. It has the benefit of full time staff to assist with check in and out and any issues one might have. The apartment is very spacious and typical of the area. The balcony is a great place to spend time after a good days exploring. Being just outside the main centre it is wonderfully relaxing. We will definately stay again and a big thanks to Andrey for being so helpful. 5 stars easy! 🌟
