Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

N'hésitez pas à loger chez Paola, une hôte avenante, bienveillante et réactive. Le logement est spacieux et plein de charme. Le village de Vicopisano permet une immersion paisible dans la campagne Toscane, avec tout ce qu'il faut accessible au bout de la rue : petit café terrasse où prendre le petit-déjeuner, bons restaurants, boulangerie-fromagerie, petit marché primeur, forteresse à visiter... ! Et une gare à 10min en voiture très pratique pour se rendre à Florence en train à la journée ! Vous passerez un excellent séjour chez Paola ! Merci pour votre accueil !

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

Amanda war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nach einem Fußmarsch von etwa 20 min leicht erreichbar. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die wichtigsten Kochutensilien vorhanden. Wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte die Straße etwas störend sein und die Nachbarn unter der Wohnung sprechen fast die ganze Nacht relativ laut - für diese Umstände ist Amanda aber natürlich nicht verantwortlich, das ist nur eine kleine Kritik an die Umgebung.

Il soggiorno presso Alessandro è stato davvero ottimo. È stato super disponibile a variare l'orario del check in per venire incontro alla mie esigenze. Ha saputo indicarmi un parcheggio gratuito e tranquillo vicino all'abitazione dove poter lasciare l'auto in tranquillità. È stato molto cordiale e disponibile per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno. La casa è situata in un punto molto strategico, avendo letteralmente fuori dal cancello la fermata di andata e anche di ritorno per il pullman che ti porta direttamente in centro città. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno presso Alessandro che ringrazio nuovamente per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità.

abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte per un concerto al Nelson mandela forum. posizione ottima ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti e nei dintorni c'è di tutto..pizzerie, ristoranti, super mercati, bar ecc. l'appartamento è molto pulito e ben tenuto, non manca nulla. Vanna è stata molto carina nel farcelo trovare già riscaldato, cosa non scontata con altri host. consiglio anche per soggiorni più lunghi in quanto l'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort. in più il centro di Firenze è poco distante, con la macchina o con i mezzi di trasporto. se dovesse capitare torneremo sicuramente!

Tutto benissimo, l’alloggio è ancor meglio di come appare in foto, quartiere tranquillo. Host gentile e disponibile. Consiglio questo appartamento!

Michelle è stata molto disponibile fin da subito mandandomi un messaggio con tutte le informazioni sulla casa, molto gentile e simpatica, ottima soluzione quella da lei proposta, se capiteremo di nuovo nei dintorni la riprenderemo sicuramente in considerazione!

Nous regrettons de ne pas être restés plus longtemps chez Leonardo nous avons adoré son logement et sa vie imprenable. Le super accueil de Leonardo et sa disponibilité. Nous nous sentions chez nous et n’avions pas envie de repartir.

Appartamento pulito e rifornito di tutto il necessario, areato con doppio balcone. Ottima opzione di soggiorno per visitare Firenze, accessibile facilmente tramite i mezzi pubblici. Buona comunicazione con Florinda e vicini molto cordiali. Soddisfatti a pieno del soggiorno. Consigliato

The place was wonderful! Easy to find. Looked just like the photos and was central to everything. Lorenzo was very helpful and kind. Will absolutely stay again if I come back to Florence!

דירה מהממת, במיקום מעולה, קרוב לרכבת הקלה, מסעדות, בארים, סופרמרקט. מרחק הליכה של 20 דקות ממרכז העיר ההומה. דירה מרווחת, נקייה ומזמינה. מארחים ידידותיים מאוד. מטבח מאובזר, חימום מעולה, מים חמים כל הזמן, מכונת כביסה. יש מרפסת נעימה, בצד האחורי של הבניין כך שמאוד שקט. דירה מושלמת לשהייה ארוכה עם כל הצרכים, הרגשתי בבית. בטוח אחזור לדירה.

Wonderful apt near the Duomo. It was perfect for us as it had an elevator and we are in our 70's. We love the area, and even enjoyed the bells ringing. Lots of places to eat nearby, and a supermarket and mini market very close. Great host, thank you!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa tenuta bene di nuova ristrutturazione e situata in una zone tranquilla . Francesco è stato molto accogliente e disponibile a fornirci consigli per quanto riguarda la scelta di ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

Struttura splendida, tutto pulito ed ordinato. Abbiamo avvisato che sarebbe venuto con noi anche il nostro cagnolino e abbiamo trovato nell’appartamento una cuccia e una ciotola. Daniela la loro collaboratrice in zona è stata gentilissima e collaborativa. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Ich habe drei Nächte bei Stefania und Maurizio verbracht und es war einfach fantastisch! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön eingerichtet und man merkt, wie viel Liebe und Mühe in die Details gesteckt wurde. Ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung, und ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!
