Vi reste två små familjer från Sverige, fyra vuxna och tre barn i åldrarna 1-6. Vår önskan var att spendera en vecka i ett bra hus med egen pool någonstans i Italien med närhet till Roms flygplats. Vi hittade detta fantastiska hus i Abruzzo som var en för oss outforskad region. Och väl på plats insåg vi att det var ännu bättre än vi hade kunnat föreställa oss. Mario och hela hans familj är fantastiska värdar. De är så stolta över sin Villa Nicolai, med all rätt, och vill verkligen att deras gäster ska trivas på alla sätt. De är lätta att ha att göra med, välkomnande, inbjudande och generösa. Huset är toppen! Tre sovrum, rymligt och fräscht badrum, stora ytor för socialt umgänge och ett välutrustat kök. Trädgården är helt underbar, välskött och rogivande. Poolen är stor och välskött. Villa Nicolai ligger i den vackra lilla byn Lettomanoppello, ca 20 mil från Roms flygplats, och därifrån kan man enkelt göra dagsutflykter av många olika slag. I området finns fina gamla bergsbyar, storstad och stränder. Naturen är fantastisk! Vi reste denna gång i slutet av juli när det var väldigt varmt. Pool, AC och skuggiga delar av trädgården gjorde att det fungerade bra. Jag kan tänka mig att det är ett fantastiskt ställe även höst och vår. Och jag har förstått att området är perfekt även för vintersemester med skidåkning. Rekommenderar varmt detta ställe och dess värd på alla tänkbara sätt!

Wir (vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben den Aufenthalt bei Paul und May sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort - exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen.

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Platz. Raffaele war stets erreichbar und hat uns nicht nur im Vorfeld viele gute Tips wie Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zukommen lassen, sondern sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch bei der Abfahrt Spezialitäten der Gegend sowie kalte Getränke (Wasser, Wein) und Olivenöl vorbei gebracht. Die Einweisung in die Wohnung war persönlich und unkompliziert. Speziell zu erwähnen sind der tolle Strandplatz mit eigenem, sehr grossen, fest installiertem Schirm und 4 Liegen im Strandabschnitt gegenüber (2 Min. zu Fuß), sowie der Privatpool die beide nur zur eigenen Verwendung und kostenlos zur Verfügung stehen. Handtücher wurden gewechselt und die Wohnung zwischendurch gereinigt! Zur sehr sauberen Wohnung gehören ausserdem 4 Fahrräder mit welchen wir gerne fast jeden Abend die kurze Strecke (20 Min/6 km) nach Pescara gefahren sind. Dort hat man eine schöne Stadt mit Fußgängerzone und Geschäften sowie weitere Restaurants. Kurzum top und Danke an Raffaele!

Bellissima location, grande, pulita e fornita di tutto, proprio come nella descrizione, immersa nel relax in collina. Ottima come base per andare al mare (15 minuti di auto) ma consente di passare anche giornate intere a bordo piscina. Checkin ed assistenza durante tutto il soggiorno assicurati da Rita, attenta e sempre gentile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e la consigliamo vivamente! Grazie e complimenti a Guy e Shelley!

My husband and I booked this Vila to host our immediate family the week of our wedding and it was PERFECT! The property itself was beautiful and was large enough that 11 people could stay there but not feel on top of each other. They had plenty of great amenities to make your stay even more comfortable and their communication was impeccable. It was a 8 minute walk to the train station which was amazing! Taking the train an hour up to Rome was a breeze. However- and it’s not a bad thing more like a heads up. We rented a large SUV (jeep compass) and the driveway is very narrow and tight! So just be careful when getting to the top. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely go back.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem riesen eingezäunten Garten. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung und eine einzigartige Lage mit der schönen Terrasse und dem Meerblick. Das Meer ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt dort schöne Strandbars und einen schönen freien Strand mit super Wasserqualität, Vorallem für Kinder da das Meer dort sehr flach ist. Valentina ist sehr nett und hat sich um alles nötige gekümmert, der Check-In und Check-Out lief problemlos! Wir würden das Haus an jede Familie weiterempfehlen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa in due coppie e due bambini, purtroppo solo per 5 giorni. La villa é avvolta in un parco sconfinato e molto curato con una piscina meravigliosa ed un area esterna comodissima! L interno è molto spazioso Ma l’esterno è la parte più bella, ha anche un comodo barbecue in muratura utilissimo! I proprietari sempre disponibili e gentilissimi ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, sempre disponibili e pronti a darci mille indicazioni! Grazie mille di tutto! Torneremo sicuramente!! Luca

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

Sono stato al Casone per la mia festa di laurea ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessi fare. Lorenzo si è dimostrato gentile e super disponibile nel venire incontro alle mie richieste. ottima ricettività per la personalizzazione del soggiorno quindi. Il casone poi offre tutto ciò che serve per organizzare tavolate numerose in quanto dispone di una cucina con stoviglie annesse che potrebbe servire un ristorante neanche tanto piccolo. decine di giochi da tavolo e un biliardino hanno animato la serata. pulizia impeccabile. tornerò di sicuro.

Seconda volta qui. Si conferma un piacevole soggiorno in una casa molto ampia per più famiglie con bambini. Comodissima anche la posizione alle vie centrali. Claudio e Federica sempre molto disponibili.

We had a wonderful family stay at Antonio’s place. The house is spectacular - even better than how it appears in the photos. Well equipped, spotless, spacious with plenty of privacy for each of the bedrooms. The garden and pool are beautiful, we could spent endless hours lounging and swimming. The one drawback guests should be aware of is that there is no AC in any of the bedrooms downstairs (3 out of 6 total), and in the common areas. While we visited a heat wave was hitting EU and specifically Italy. For those of us who had to sleep without AC it was really unpleasant. The downstairs main kitchen and dining room become uncomfortably warm. This might not be a huge issue for some, but for our group at this specific time it was disappointing, especially since the listing mentioned there is an AC in the amenities, without the details that it covers less than 50% of the house. Antonio is a wonderful host who made us feel at home.

For me and my family this was one of the most relaxing vacations in one of the most beautiful homes we have ever had. Tina, who manages the house, is very responsive and a small problem with the hot water was fixed immediately. She knows the area very well and has lots of good recommendations. And if you ask nicely, she will gladly reserve a table in one of the many restaurants where no other language is spoken except Italian. You should also be prepared for hot weather and that the house has no air conditioning. I could only sleep badly at night because of the hear and you didn't want to open the windows wide because of the lack of mosquito nets. And if you are tall - like me - you should know that the beds are only 190 cm long. For families with small children I would not recommend the house. The two bedrooms in the Cube are not connected with each other or with the main house and up at the pool are few places where small children could fall off and hurt themselves badly.

What a gorgeous house and setting !!! The house is better stocked and more beautiful than the listing. So peaceful and relaxing. We were 3 families, had ample space, privacy and could have stayed longer. Having a house that is fully air conditioned in Italy is rare ! The grocery store in town is fully stocked and the agriturismo was delicious. A car is a must in this area, but don’t hesitate to book ! Very attentive owners/managers, they were so accommodating and even had a welcome platter waiting for us with some food essentials !!! Would rent it again !

We had a great stay in Ripa Teatina. The villa is exactly as it is in the listing, the pool is great and our 2 families had a lovely time. Frederico went above and beyond by purchasing a high chair for us especially after requesting shortly before our stay. Location was perfect for us, with nice restaurants and beach in Francavilla and a lovely pizza place in the village (short drive away)

L'endroit est absolument merveilleux, tout la region aussi d'ailleurs. La maison est une veritable maison de famille, magnifique et aussi vivante et pleine de charme. Nous avons utilisé la cheminée pendant les nuits fraiches avec beaucoup de plaisir. La cuisine est très bien équipée. De nombreuses promenades et randonnées sont possibles a partir du domaine. Giacomo est un hôte sympathique, chaleureux et reactif, merci a lui et a sa famille de partager ce tresor. Nous sommes venus avec nos enfants et avons pu faire des parties de babyfoot endiablées, par contre nous etions un peu déçus que la table de ping pong mentionnée ait été cassée et donc pas utilisable. La 2eme chambre double - tres belle ! - mériterait aussi un meilleur matelas. Dans tous les cas un endroit merveilleux de beauté, de charme, de poesie ! Merci Giacomo !

Definitely one of the best airbnbs I ever experienced! The position is perfect: immersed in nature, but close to Spoleto and other Umbrian towns and cities. The interior of the house was spotless, well designed and comfortable. Great attention to details everywhere. The exterior was just as amazing. Very quiet, great privacy and beautiful view of the olive trees. Host welcomed us when we arrived and was very responsive. We will be back!

Das Ferienhaus Casa Vita Nuova erwies sich als wahrer Glücksfund. Angefangen bei den Gastgebern, Lea und Roland, die mit ihrer herzlichen und zuvorkommenden Art den Aufenthalt zu einem besonderen Erlebnis machten. Das Haus selbst strahlt Sauberkeit und Pflege aus, und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach atemberaubend. Der Pool, ebenfalls sehr sauber gehalten, bietet eine willkommene Abkühlung und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Alles in allem ist Casa Vita Nuova nicht nur sehr gepflegt, sondern auch ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort willkommen und zu Hause fühlt. Ein echtes Highlight in der Airbnb-Auswahl.

Wir waren vor kurzem erst bei Luigia & es war ein wunderschöner Ort/Urlaub um vom stressigem Alltag zu Hause abschalten zu können! Die Unterkunft war unfassbar- es war sauber, wunderschön & Stilvoll eingerichtet und man hatte alles was man eben so braucht☺️ Der Haushund Gino, war ein unfassbar toller Hund, einer der schlausten den wir kennenlernen durften und er hat uns die Tage die wir in der Unterkunft geblieben sind oft versüßt! Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich ein perfekter Ort um abseits von vielen Touristen Urlaub zu machen und einfach zu genießen Danke für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen definitiv wieder 🤍

Dear Gunilla and Niklas we thought your house was just perfect with the most spectacular views. Many thanks for the help with the lighting to the steps. We watered the plants as often as we could and managed to clean the pool with the robot a couple of times each week. We will be back and I understand Jo Jo's family have already booked for next year so we will fit our dates around them.

We had a truly wonderful stay. The hosts were exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help—every time we had a question or a small issue, they responded incredibly quickly and warmly. The house is beautifully decorated, full of charm and character, and the surrounding views are simply stunning. As is often the case with older houses, getting a consistently warm shower took a bit of patience now and then—but that’s just part of the charm. One of the highlights of our trip was the incredible adventure in the Falvaterra caves—absolutely unforgettable, and the perfect complement to the peaceful atmosphere of the house. And we must mention the sweetest little dog, who often came by to say hello and happily accepted all the cuddles and scratches. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return!
