We had a great stay and was ideal for the couple of days away. We used as a base for coastal walks. We were really lucky with the weather which was a bonus. Property is 5 minutes from shops and bars. Comfy flat with well equipped kitchen, good bed and bathroom. If we look to stay in the area again, would definitely look to see if this was available. Easy check in and good helpful communication from Mark.

Exceeded expectations, obviously well maintained. Modern and clean, comfortable, no issues whatsoever we just had a lovely relaxing stay with beautiful views

Ideal beachfront location on the North Bay, seconds walk away from Peasholm Park and Scarborough Outdoor Theatre and you practically step out onto the beach. 15 minute walk to the town centre, maybe 30 mins to stroll around the headland to South Bay and the harbour. Well appointed and comfortable, secure private parking, a great base for a few days on the N. Yorks coast.

We stopped here with my two teenagers who loved the attic room. We found the apartment very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. Managed to get parked on the street with no issues. Good communication from Karen prior to our stay. We will definitely be back.. Lee

The flat is much bigger and brighter than the pictures show, and the views from 3 sides of the accommodation a bonus. The flat is out off the main drag but only a 10 minute walk to the spa, and we were lucky to get free parking outside the flat for the entire stay. The flat was clean and had all that was needed to make it a comfortable break, with the added bonus of WiFi. Dean kindly allowed us to check in early, to make the most of the Easter weekend in Bridlington. Nice, bright, clean and cosy, thanks Dean for allowing us to stay in your flat 👍

We had a really lovely stay at Samantha’s apartment, it was very pretty and matched the photos it was also very clean and cosy. Samantha was lovely and even let us check in sooner than expected which was great. The apartment is in an ideal location as you are about an hour from york centre, can visit Scarborough and other places. There are lots of bars and restaurants too and it’s very close to the beach, would definitely recommend. :)

fantastic apartment in a great location not too bad pub within 2 minute walk also beach not too far away either you can walk to Filey v beach in about 50 minutes or Hunmandy gap in around 25 minutes Excellent clean apartment with a tv in living room and an additional one in bedroom easy check in great kitchen and facilities would highly recommend

We had a fabulous stay at Ben's house, the place was spotless and had almost everything we needed for the weekend. Overall we had a great experience, Filey is a lovely spot and Ben's house was great

Very clean, quiet property in a great location. Many and Beth were friendly and proactive. I would suggest changing the blinds in the bedrooms as they let in lots of light in the morning, so recommend bringing an eye mask. We would definitely stay again.

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

First time booking through airb&b, lovely house very clean and welcoming. Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. A lovely stay in fantastic accommodation! It was exactly what we were looking for and made a perfect base for exploring Whitby and the surrounding area. Check-in was smooth, everything was spotlessly clean, and the communication from the hosts was excellent—including thoughtful local recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Joannes home! It is so perfectly located to do all we wanted to - seaglass hunting!! Huge benefit to have the parking spot on the front drive. Also huge bonus to be in walking distance to ammenities - asda, pharmacy, home shops and food outlets. Everything we needed was here - a home away from home. The tea/cake/milk was a kind touch. Comfy, clean bright airy base. Comfy sofa and bed. Really well decorated and maintained, lovely colour schemes and accents - nothing has been overlooked. Joanne was an attentive host with friendly communication. Wouldn't hesitate to come back if we are ever up North again. Thank you so much!

Fantastic holiday. Well thought out accommodation with easy access to the town and beach. Close to a lot of attractions. Whitby, Scarborough and Robins hood bay all close by. The little town of Filey is full of lovely restaurants and cafe’s with an arcade and tourist shops, which were great for the kids. Hellen was a fantastic host, quick to respond to messages. Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

Just one night but a perfect one night. Mesmerising views over South Bay, never turned on the TV, the view was enough. Apartment was exceptional, everything you could need. Dined at India, just down Castle Road, and the food and service were both very good. Breakfast at The Lookout on the Pier, as per Andrea’s recommendation and that too was excellent.

Fabulous apartment in the beautiful Zetland building. The views from every room are wonderful. Lovely welcome basket, thank you. First time visiting Saltburn for an event at the theatre and what a delightful place.

Amanda's place was lovely and peaceful very clean and spacious. Within walking distance from Whitby Town centre and Whitby Abbey so close enough for the hustle and bustle of Whitby but close enough to return for the amazing views peace and quiet. Amanda was very helpful with all the questions I asked and there was plenty of ideas in folder left in flat. As I'm guessing if you go to Whitby you also have an idea on what you want to do but always helps when some ideas are in folder, that are different. Plenty of eating areas and coffee shops plus plenty of bars and restaurants. If you can manage the 199 steps there's a Whitby brewery at the top which is amazing as well. Everywhere we went into people and locals were polite and friendly. Amandas apartment was perfect peaceful, spacious and quiet located on first floor accessible either by stairs of a lift. We stayed with Alison and John for goth weekend in April 2025. The apartment is amazing, there was everything you could ever had needed plus a lovely welcome gift too. The heated mirror in the bathroom was a good surprise! The location was perfect for all the happenings at goth weekend. Would definitely stay again if lucky enough to find it empty 🖤

Absolutely beautiful place and would highly recommend. Deco and furnishings done to a very high standard. Clean throughout and all rooms are great sizes. Super comfy bed with high quality bedding. All mod/cons, everything you need for your stay. Will definitely return. The best AirB&B we have ever stayed in. Teresa the owner was very helpful, a superb host. Fabulous apartment with beautiful sea views. Fantastic communication with our very welcoming host. We arrived to lots of special touches which helped us to feel at home from the start! Very comfortable accommodation. Private parking was a bonus. Would definitely book again!

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Spent a few wonderful nights here while I was in town visiting family and it was the perfect spot. All the shops and restaurants were within walking distance, but the apartment was quiet and removed from all the noise. Waking up to a view of the abbey every morning was just icing on the cake! Paula also was very responsive and easy to get ahold of for any questions. Highly recommend!
